Of course,…read moreI was a bit fearful, last time the tech squeezed the living lights out of me, I was tearing up so I had pumped myself up. I mentioned this to the new tech, and she was shocked at how painful it was for me. She said it isn't normal for it to hurt. Fun fact, I did not know caffeine will make your breast tissue sensitive, so avoid it the day of the procedure. After a lively and informative chat, she showed me how the machine actually works and that it's not meant to cause pain. Her name was Carrie and she was a godsend. This time it didn't hurt at all. I left more knowledgeable and empowered.

I wouldn't go anywhere else but RMI, the staff is Awesome and even truly Cares about each patient…read morelike family. Dr. H is one in a Million, the best Physician I've known in 50 years and just like the staff Truly cares about each patient. He's also very understanding, going above and beyond to help, that made my heart Smile. Thank you Dr. H and here's a virtual hug, respectfully. I realise people have bad days but common. If you can't be professional with a patient you are in the wrong line of work. The front office staff appear to be intimidated by the radiography tech's demeanour and attitude. Dr Basha really needs to take a look at what is going on at this office and make some necessary adjustments to better fall in line with his business and professionalism.

They are organized.. have their stuff together, are friendly and courteous over the phone and in person - and the ultrasound technician was just a really cool chick. Also, if you have a Beaumont doctor the results are typically in, read & forwarded to their office on the same day - which is great if you are worried about something. The office is located in the Haggerty Medical Plaza building which is right by the Lifetime Fitness on Haggerty at Ford Rd/ 275.. it is close to the Hampton Inn hotel. The imaging center is suite 180 on the ground floor.

The knee pain I was in the office for turned out to be a torn ACL, meaning my treatment for a serious condition has been delayed due to this issue at DFC, and I've been in pain this whole time. The "staff shortage" and lack of treatment and respect for my time has left me in pain. Decide for yourself if this is a place you want to trust with your health and well-being. Thanks to my new PCP who is NOT at DFC, I finally have a care team in place and I'm finally on the road to recovery.

From first call to the date of the appointment Rita was so great, professional and very thorough. She came to our home for the appointment which was so convenient and made it so much more of an amazing experience to be able to do it at the comfort of your own home with your family. Rita was very sweet and gave us a USB with so many pictures! She really took her time and walked us through everything we were seeing and we even got to hear the heartbeat again which we were able to record and put inside of a stuffed animal for keepsake. Honestly my husband and I were so impressed and happy with her service!! She was also able to reconfirm the gender for us . I would highly recommend BabyVue to everyone who is pregnant. This is a lifesaving breast imagery center in the lower level of the professional medical building…read morebehind Ascension Providence Hospital on Nine Mile Road. They specialize in mammography, breast ultrasound, bone density and breast biopsy. I have been receiving my annual mammograms at this location for many years. It use to be located on the 1st floor but now it is located on the lower level. You can access this suite my a bank of elevators or the stairs. This location has free parking or valet parking with a cost. My office experience has always been professional. They have handled my care with sensitivity and compassion. Their entire staff are pleasant from check-in, to the techs and the doctors performing biopsies. I am happy to say that they are thorough and were able to diagnose my cancer in a very early stage before any lumps or symptoms were found by comparing current mammograms to past mammograms. I'm grateful for this practice for saving my life with early detection. I highly recommend this location on the Southfield Campus for all breast imaging needs.
