I do not get their spicy meats because they're all cut up and mushy. Get their non-spicy one-- they're more fresh and at no extra charge. The rest are charge an extra $1.50 a scoop. So if you do not like mushy meat, I recommend you not to get the spicy ones. The sweet lady who helped me out gave me a small sample to try (for one of the protein) when it seemedl like I had trouble picking which protein to pick.
