It seems to me that they have updated their selection to include more French-derived pastries - I call them croissant pastries. As opposed to more Japanese cake-based items. They continue to have lovely cakes and ube-flavored yummies, along with many more croissant-crunch whatnots. Always a popular spot. The line moves kind of slowly, not sure why but it takes a long time at the register. There is indoor seating. Handily located on the exterior of the mall. Prices are good.

This kids and I love stopping by when we hit up the mall here. They will pile on the tray and I don't even mind because everything is reasonably priced. Just be aware that it is really busy here. If you want a drink which I also get you order those on the kiosk before heading to pay for the pastries. Everything I've had so far has been good here!!

Stopped in on this rainy day for an Iced Vietnamese Coffee. It was a great hit on this gloomy day. The drink had a strong coffee flavor that was nice and sweet. Looking around at the baked goods, I will definitely need to come back and indulge. I also saw they had Tuna Fish Sandwiches on their baked bread for only $5. Great find.

This is one of my favorite boba places in the area, I always come here when I'm in the mall. It's a relatively spacious location and they keep it pretty clean. The bakery items are in front and to the left, and on the right side there are a couple chairs and tables for people to rest at. I've never had the pastries at this location, but I can say the drinks have always been great. They ask you your preferences with sugar level, ice and toppings, which I appreciate. I've tried the slushies, and fruit teas and I haven't had any bad experiences. Overall this location is solid and a good place to refresh yourself before or after a long day of shopping!

There's tons of baked goods here, and I've tried a whole bunch of them. This time I only came to satiate my hunger with a basic garlic cheese bread at around 7:30pm, about a half hour before closing time. Of course it's not as fresh when you have it close to that time but it still hits. There's a slight hint of cheese so it isn't as great as advertised but the garlic taste is thankfully present and stronger. In past visits dating back to 2017 when this location from Taiwan was met with atrociously long lines forming out the door, their pastries were definitely a huge hit. Everything from their heavily stuffed buns to their Portuguese egg tarts to their garlic bread to even their nougat candies made their way to my tray as well. They even have a decent selection of drinks, some of which I'd get two of after some time at Round 1 back then. You can still grab a tray and tonsils if you plan to grab a ton of pastries, though it seems this time they don't have you wrap your own pastries as they had you do while waiting in line. Instead the cashiers do that for you for everything you get that isn't already wrapped. You also order drinks at a separate kiosk near the front entrance, unlike before when you could only order drinks when you reached the cashier and they're counting how many items you've purchased so far. A lot has changed then, though the overall format of the place remains the same; two entrances, with the left-hand entrance being where all the pastries are, the front counter has all the cakes and some other pastries, and several tables are on the right-hand side. Most if not all of my experiences here have been above average, They don't always have the best stuff - their buns can have way too much filling - but I like coming back here every once in a long while just to have some good breads in place of an actual meal.

Just like all other 85c cafes, this one is packed but still has the same tasty baked goods and drinks. This time I only went for bubble tea and waited about 10 minutes for my drink. The boba had a nice texture and was sweet and the sea salt and jasmine tea were pretty basic. I'd say the sea salt cream was not as good alone as what I'm used to and ngl I tried it and was taken aback. Next time I might just do a milk tea or something else, but I would go back.

We came for the monthly promotion: buy a coffee and get a slice of cake for just $1! I really enjoyed my sea salt coffee and coffee crème brûlée cake. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was spacious. However, I wish there were more tables for dining in. Parking was easy, as there were parking lots available for the mall.

Other than their delicious baked goods, I love coming here for the coffee and drinks. Their espresso and specialty drinks are so good! Coffee provides a nice espresso flavor, not burnt and their specialty flavors are also good. Service is fast even on busy days. There are a couple of seats and tables for you to enjoy your goodies in store. Ample parking.

Came here after the mall for a sweet treat. I got the Hokkaido custard bun and it's my go-to! I love the balance of sweet cream to custard and bread. There wasn't much variety like I remembered, but it probably changed day to day. I've gone later in the day too and they've had even more limited stock so go early if you want more options. 85° is always solid and it's great they have a location next to southcenter.

A few of our favorites! Enjoyed fresh of course

Need to pick up a delicious cake in a pinch? Or maybe you just have a craving for a sweet treat? With the extensive variety 85 has to offer, you're sure to find something for everyone. Their name derives from the temperature of a perfect cup of coffee. Speaking of, they have a great drink menu. It sucks that this place (and almost all their locations) doesn't have much seating. The most tables I've ever seen are three little tables that seat two each and usually they're always occupied. Service is a hit or miss but tbh people come here, grab a tray, fill it up with treats ranging anywhere under $10 and then leave. Check them out! You'll be glad you did :)

I love all the pastries this bakery has to offer! They are always freshly made and quick service at the counter. I absolutely love the taro buns but any of the other choices are a big hit! I especially love their cake and drink options which make it a great one stop shop! Additionally they have monthly deals on their app which makes it affordable!

    Mango Coconut Smoothie

They're always friendly every time I come in and their service is quick even when they're busy. I love that they have seasonal selections. This time they had seasonal mango cockpit smoothie with mini crystal pearls. I went back for a second mango coconut smoothie the same week because I loved it! The flavor was great

This used to be my favorite spot; their sea salt drink was my go-to. Lately, though, the flavor seems off and it's not the same as before

The perfect…read morespot to grab a bite to eat before a flight, especially if you're in need of a coffee fix and the Starbucks line is insane. Unlike Starbucks, they actually have legit ube flavor (and other Filipino flavors like pandan and turon) for their drinks. I got an ube matcha (super delish, tho in the future I'd ask for less sweet) and a spam musubi (wrapped in plastic wrap, which makes it the perfect airport snack to eat without having to touch it with your hands). It's a little out of the way tucked near Gate 21, but I'd definitely take the short detour if you have the time for some yummy treats!

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #109…read more I was not expecting much out of Neighborhood Bubble Tea and Cafe - Boba in an airport in the US? No way it could be any good! But on a recent trip to Nashville, we decided to trudge all the way over from the A-gates to give this place a try. This shop is tucked away in the side arm of the D-gate area, making it much less crowded than the main walkway in the terminal. There are two ways to order - firstly via the kiosk (no line when we visited) and secondly in person (a line of 5 or 6 people). Black Milk Tea w/ Boba ($8) - I ordered via kiosk to save time and totally blanked on the fact that it doesn't allow ice or sugar level adjustments. Just as I went to pick up the drink about 5 minutes after my order, I thought about this fact and started worrying about the sugar levels. At 100% sweet, I typically find most other boba shops cloyingly sweet. This place, fortunately, uses cane sugar, so the sweetness is more mellow and not as grating. Even at full sweetness, while a little too much for my palette, isn't harsh or overwhelming. The drink comes with whole milk by default. Unlike other more premium shops that only add a splash of milk on top, this one seems to be more like 50/50 tea vs. milk. This adds a bunch of richness to the drink, but also increases the dairy flavor quite a bit, which combined with the sugar overpowers the tea a little. There's still some of the malty and somewhat fruity notes towards the end of the sip. They add a ton of ice. That's something I will definitely be asking for adjustment on in the future. The boba isn't bad at all. There are some issues with consistency in terms of size and due to that, texture. They are soaked in brown sugar syrup, giving a soft and velvety texture on the exterior. The smaller pearls are chewy throughout, while the larger pearls are a bit too firm and grainy towards the center. Milk Tea Rating: 4/5 Boba Rating: 3.5/5 I was really surprised by the quality of the drink I received. Honestly, before visiting, I thought this would be more of a 2 star kind of place! They also serve some really intriguing Filipino snacks that I'd love to come back to try out.
