    Watermelon fruit tea
    Maggie W.

The drinks were all terrible. We got an oolong milk tea that tasted like water down milk- no tea flavor. The watermelon tea tasted like watermelon syrup, no tea. The avocado mango pomelo has like one tiny piece of mango in there--it's a total rip off. The straws aren't even the correct size. You put it in the drink and it's gone because it's not long enough. What's going on here?

We stopped by because of the enticing picture of the mango sago drink. My daughter is a big fan of mango drinks, so we ordered a few drink. It was just okay. There weren't much service because you're ordering from a kiosk, which can take some time if there's customers who doesn't know what they want. There are a few tables for you to sit and drink. Overall, it's just okay for me. At least now I can say that I tried it.

The passion fruit and lemon green tea was yummy. The boba consistency was good. I'd have to try more of the other drinks but the service was quick after ordering at the kiosk. They only have one kiosk to order so it's requires some patience so you can order at the counter too.

Ordered the Watermelon green tea with boba and Mango fruit tea with boba and it tasted light and healthy. Boba was chewy and delicious, but drinks didn't have much flavor and was watered down. Shop is conveniently located in a mall. Service is so so. Ambiance is okay. Probably won't be back again.

We got the Ube and strawberry mochi milk tea

And for dessert..... We got the Ube and strawberry mochi milk tea a I actually prefer anything with ube and the strawberry was a bit too sweet even if you lessen the sugar, it's probably the syrup that's on the bottom. The ambiance is pretty cute and modernized, I like how it's right across Daisy so right after shopping we can just get our sweet tooth satisfied. There is self service right in front so in case the person in front is busy or sometimes not available.

Great fun drinks - no idea about tea quality but i do like mochi in a drink and this place had an ube mochi drink. We also got a mango sago with peach. They had a bogo 50% deal or i wouldnt have ventured in but I'm glad I did!

I was a little sad to see that a new fruit tea store replaced Hui Lau Shan. HLS had some amazing mango drinks and I didn't mind having them every week! I still decided to check out this spot since I wanted some fruit tea. We got the mango jasmine green tea with crystal boba. The boba was perfectly chewy but the fruit tea itself tasted a bit medicinal. It's due to the type of mango they used. I'd still like to try their other drinks but I'm not too hopeful that this place will be my favorite. The service was just right and the place itself was decent. Nothing special, not inviting enough, just eh.

Stopped in here really quick for my boba fix. The taro milk tea blend with boba was delicious and perfectly sweetened. Once I ordered my drink using the self-serve kiosk, my drink came out really quick. The seating area is clean and bright. If you need your boba fix, this is definitely a nice stop to either grab and go and take a seat and enjoy your drink with friends.

The egg waffle here is YUMMY and comes of fresh, which I love, but the ube ice cream didn't taste enough like ube. It tasted more like an elevated vanilla. I personally wouldn't order this one again considering that. Also, the service was incredibly slow. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, so I'll give them that, but it took about 20-25 mins after ordering to finally get the food.

I wanted something to drink while walking around the mall, and this place is right across from Jollibee (it replaced the old HLS). The inside is clean, pretty empty on Tuesday night. It took about 10 minutes to receive my drink after ordering. I got a Cheezo Osmanthus oolong tea and a red bean coconut pudding. The drink was alright, and the pudding is surprisingly yummy.

Went back again this time & was disappointed in it not having any taste... such a cute store with good concepts. It is not our cup of tea, and maybe it's because we've had so much boba that this one just doesn't hit the spot. It was $7+ for my medium drink with Crystal boba... it was $15 for both of our drinks, which is okay but if the quality isn't there, it's actually kind of pricey. Cute store though!

Been here a couple times, and it was decent. I've tried the Grapefruit Green Tea and the Watermelon Fruit Tea, and flavor was good. My bf got the Oreo Milk Tea and the Passionfruit Lemon Tea, and he thought they were okay. I'd give it another try and try another flavor.

Upon seeing Peekaboo's whimsical desert display, I knew I had to try it out! The food: I ordered the fruity bubble waffle ice cream - whatever it was called. It consisted of soft serve vanilla ice cream, strawberry syrup drizzled on top, and a bubble cone that tasted like a cream puff, once combined with the ice cream. Sweet, sliced strawberries and fresh blueberries adorned it as well. It was delicious! However, I ordered it with Nutella, but I got marshmallow cream with it and no Nutella. I didn't pursue the matter. All the food on the menu looked scrumptious. The majority of it was tea and coffee and deserts. The service: It took 10-15 minutes waiting for my food to be ready. The employees seemed to be nice. You have to order from a kiosk screen. Final notes: The restaurant itself had a nice feel to it! I gave Peekaboo 4 stars because they got a little bit of my order wrong. Besides this, it was a pleasant and delicious experience. I definitely recommend!

Your lids are awful if you're going to charge overpriced teas, then at least get lids that stay the heck on.

I can always count on A6 or A9 Milk Tea with Pearl, Coffee Jelly and/or QQ noodle. Treasure Taro Milk Tea with Pudding is a recent favorite - jasmine green milk tea works well with fresh taro paste (not too thick) and pudding. If I want something refreshing on a hot day, I'd go with Wintermelon Tie Guanyin or Osmanthus 4 Season. If not super crowded, drinks come pretty fast. It gets busy on the weekend, during which parking can be frustrating.

TP TEA @ SOUTHCENTER…read more Parking is available, but there honestly aren't that many spots probably around 5-6 dedicated spaces. The rest are shared with nearby businesses like AT&T, and it was surprisingly packed for a Thursday afternoon. Luckily, we found one spot all the way in the back under AT&T, but I do wish there was more parking available or a larger lot. Getting there from the freeway is pretty easy though, you basically just make a quick right turn straight into TP Tea, but it can be easy to miss if you're not paying attention. I've been to this boba shop before in San Diego, so when I saw a location in Washington, I knew I had to bring my dad. I ordered the lychee fruit tea, and he got the mango tea with light ice and added boba. One downside is that this location doesn't allow substitutions like the San Diego one does, I usually swap lychee jelly for boba at no extra cost, but here they charge extra. The service wasn't the best. When we walked in, the staff didn't seem very welcoming and mostly just looked at us. There was only one self-order kiosk, and a couple was taking a while on it (which is totally fine), but the employees didn't step in to help take orders either. It felt a bit inconvenient since we were just waiting to see if anyone would help us, but eventually they did take our order. The drinks themselves were pretty good. My dad's mango tea ended up being more icy than expected even though we asked for light ice, I think it's because it's a blended drink, so the consistency was thinner rather than thicker. My lychee tea was really good though, I'd definitely recommend it. Even at 50% sweetness, it leaned on the sweeter side, but still very enjoyable. The ambiance is nice, the space is big with plenty of seating, and there's a steady flow of people coming in and out. Overall, it's still a solid spot to check out. Just be prepared for limited parking and slightly inconsistent service.

Back then I would have rated it between 3 1/2 to 4 because the taste was great. Now it's just plain, watered down and pricey. The way they made the Thai tea milky boba that my cousin ordered was not good at all. She made me taste it and we agreed on a lot of things. For $6.59 we are expecting the price will match the taste. One thing for sure is that it tasted like plain water with just added milk. She went ahead and asked if there is anything they can do to make it taste less watery. What they did is just added more milk which just change the color lighter and still taste like water with milk mixed together (Thai tea taste is no longer there). The avocado smoothie was also disappointing because it doesn't even taste like how avocado smoothie should taste like (again taste like watered down drink) :( . I don't know if they are just not adding enough ingredients or they just don't know what it really taste like. The pearls was also hard like it was not made fresh the same day. It taste as if you just put it in the refrigerator for many days and kept reusing. Unlike other location they make their boba every four hour or so to have the fresh consistency. Also , when my cousin and aunty approached them about the issue. They didn't even tell them to remake it or anything it's more of a FYI letting them know that this is what's going on and shared their experience about the drink. They just wanted to make sure , the next customer will have a better experience. The worker or probably the owner just said that's just how the boba should be because it was shaken together with the cold drink. . I know for sure that the pearl/boba doesn't suddenly turn hard rock because it was mixed in with the cold drink. We have made them fresh at home before and they are suppose to be soft and chewy , not hard and disgusting when eating it . I'm afraid they have lost not just one loyal custome, but a lot more .
