Nothing fancy, basic yet delicious. I can always count on A6 or A9 Milk Tea with Pearl, Coffee Jelly and/or QQ noodle. Treasure Taro Milk Tea with Pudding is a recent favorite - jasmine green milk tea works well with fresh taro paste (not too thick) and pudding. If I want something refreshing on a hot day, I'd go with Wintermelon Tie Guanyin or Osmanthus 4 Season. If not super crowded, drinks come pretty fast. Located at a weird intersection with a bit of parking. It's normally packed when we drive by but decided to try it out since we drove by and it wasn't busy for once. The store is nice with a few tables and upbeat music. You're welcomed by friendly staff and the strong smell of bubble waffles in the air. TP TEA @ SOUTHCENTER Parking is available, but there honestly aren't that many spots probably around 5-6 dedicated spaces. The rest are shared with nearby businesses like AT&T, and it was surprisingly packed for a Thursday afternoon. Luckily, we found one spot all the way in the back under AT&T, but I do wish there was more parking available or a larger lot. Getting there from the freeway is pretty easy though, you basically just make a quick right turn straight into TP Tea, but it can be easy to miss if you're not paying attention. I've been to this boba shop before in San Diego, so when I saw a location in Washington, I knew I had to bring my dad. I ordered the lychee fruit tea, and he got the mango tea with light ice and added boba. One downside is that this location doesn't allow substitutions like the San Diego one does, I usually swap lychee jelly for boba at no extra cost, but here they charge extra. The service wasn't the best. When we walked in, the staff didn't seem very welcoming and mostly just looked at us. There was only one self-order kiosk, and a couple was taking a while on it (which is totally fine), but the employees didn't step in to help take orders either. It felt a bit inconvenient since we were just waiting to see if anyone would help us, but eventually they did take our order. The drinks themselves were pretty good. My dad's mango tea ended up being more icy than expected even though we asked for light ice, I think it's because it's a blended drink, so the consistency was thinner rather than thicker. My lychee tea was really good though, I'd definitely recommend it. Even at 50% sweetness, it leaned on the sweeter side, but still very enjoyable. The ambiance is nice, the space is big with plenty of seating, and there's a steady flow of people coming in and out. Overall, it's still a solid spot to check out. This place just recently opened and it was very crowded when we went. We came on a Sunday around 4 PM and waited about 30 minutes from walking in to getting our order. The store is clean and nicely decorated, though it could use a little more seating. The boba was really good and had a soft, chewy texture. The drinks were yummy overall, and the mango tea was a favorite. It had fresh mango pieces in it which made it extra refreshing. Parking is limited and many people were using the AT&T spots nearby. There's no need to go to DT or Bellevue for it anymore especially now that another competitor also opened around the region not long ago as well. **Bad Service Experience - Very Rude Staff** I am a returning customer, but unfortunately, I had another negative experience with the same employee. I visited on June 13 at around 7:20-7:30 PM and ordered 7 drinks today. I purchased a bag for my drink and politely asked if she could place the drink upright in the bag to help prevent spills. Instead, she tossed the bag toward me, causing my drink to fall over. Earlier, I had ordered six drinks. When I saw my order number displayed and six drinks sitting at the pickup counter, I went to collect them. She stopped me and said my order was not ready yet. It turned out that those drinks were in fact my order. I also ordered a drink with no ice. When I received it, it contained ice, so I politely asked if it could be remade. She initially refused and insisted that the drink was supposed to have regular ice. After I pointed out that the label clearly said "no ice," she finally agreed to remake it. The store was not busy at the time. Throughout the interaction, I remained polite and respectful, but her attitude was consistently rude and unprofessional. TP tea opened up this year right by south center and the drinks were all good and solid. I also like how they have QQ noodles which is an interesting topping that not many other chains carry. My only gripe is that the location is kind of wonky. If you're heading south on Southcetner Pkwy, it's a little difficult to cut across the right lane and then immediately turn into the plaza. Finally! One of my favorite bubble tea chain is now opened in Tukwila right by the mall! I came here during their grand opening weekend with my friends to take advantage of their BOGO special. When we went, there was already a line out the door. Parking was full so we had to park nearby to walk there. The inside of the shop was small with only a few tables. Decor was minimal with a big TP Tea sign against the wall, filled with tea leaves. Despite the long wait, the lines moved pretty quick. We all got the passionfruit green tea with aloe jelly and TieGuan Yin tea latte. Sadly, they were out of the strawberry milk tea that day. Overall, the drinks were really good and consistent like their other locations. I'm so glad there's one closer to me now which is very dangerous for me lol. This location has parking in front of the store. It's cozy and clean inside. The staffs are helpful and very patiently answer my questions which I appreciated. The people in the back are a bit slow making drinks. I see a few other drinks weren't seal very well so make sure you check your drink before shaking. I have the Tp milk tea with 50% sweet, but it's still very sweet, idk whether they messed up the sugar or their drinks are just very very sweet to start with. I came to their grand opening weekend since I am already such a big fan of their location in ID! Service was really fast and professional! Despite there being a long line and its grand opening as well, we still got through this line in under 30 minutes. The sweetness level was great on my pearl tea at 30% and I could really taste the tea shine through! Love that they have TP tea in southcenter now and I will definitely be back! I was so excited to see TP Tea coming to Tukwila, and went during their Grand Opening to take advantage of their BOGO special. The parking lot is small and was very hectic for the crowd that came for their Grand Opening promotion. The line out the door seemed daunting, but the staff were working very hard and the line moved quickly! The drinks met my expectations. I was really excited about the QQ noodle since I only ever tried it once and loved it, but they didn't have it again at the ID location. The store is a bit small inside, so even though there wasn't an issue getting seating, I could see it being a challenge if I went during peak hours or during a weekend. Overall though, it's nice inside and the staff are friendly. The tea was good overall and I thought had a balanced flavor. They have a pretty abundant selection of options too, which I can always appreciate. The only other drawback is that the parking lot is also pretty small, so again that might be an issue during peak times. One of the best Boba Shop chains I've come to love. I'm so happy I don't have to go all the way to seattle to grab some! Their teas are always on point and not watered down at all. I like TP Tea and their drinks are usually very good, but I really dislike how strict this location is about their "set drinks." I went in wanting to order the Treasure Milk Tea, which comes with real taro and egg pudding. I asked if I could substitute the egg pudding for boba, and they said no. That's fine -- I understand some stores don't allow substitutions. So I then asked if I could pay for boba separately and just not have the egg pudding added. I was told no because it's a "set drink" and they can't change it at all. I tried explaining again that I didn't want the egg pudding and was willing to pay extra for boba. The employee went to ask the manager, and when I spoke directly to her, she laughed and said, "You don't want the egg pudding?" which felt unprofessional. She still said no. I then asked if I could get the fresh taro drink but made with milk tea instead, and again the answer was no. I honestly don't understand why the rules are so strict here, especially since the Seattle location allows these exact modifications. It feels inconsistent and frustrating as a customer. The Tukwila manager in particular seems very rigid and often comes across with an attitude, which makes the experience uncomfortable.
