It's about time that we get a Peet's in our neighborhood. A nice break from my other favorite coffee chain! As with other Peet's Coffee around town, expect delicious handcrafted coffee drinks, smooth espresso, and yummy baked goods. Nothing of a surprise here. However, the five stars goes to the consistency of the barista in this shop. I've been coming a few days in a row and my drink is always made perfectly the same. Perfect consistency! The cafe is always nice and clean--an important factor to stay cozy. They also keep their bathrooms clean (another important factor for me). The staff here are always so friendly and it's a nice welcome to some of my groggy coffee-less mornings. The space both inside and outside are perfect for hanging out, working, or simply to enjoy a nice warm summer day. Love it! read more

I was very happy for the first time I visited this place the coffee is very rich but the sweets are really bad I tried 3 of them and none of them tasted good, the sweets were really squishy and mushy. I would definitely go back but only for the coffee. read more

I like their coffee but their service could use some work. My mobile order is often not ready in time (the time provided by the app) which has caused me to be late for work. On several occasions my order has been wrong, and I didn't notice it until after leaving the store and tasting the coffee. Finally, they have maintained their mask requirement for all customers while most businesses have lifted it. The Starbucks around the corner doesn't require that vaccinated customers wear masks. I also find the Starbucks employees to be much more pleasant. read more

Not a place I would recommend. The atmosphere is cold and uncomfortable. They need to put some shades on the windows so you are not sitting in the blinding sun. Food choices are weird -- nothing looked good to me. Coffee was okay. Prices are not competitive enough and I will go somewhere else next time. read more

God this place was SO good. Matcha was delectablE. I could eat ALL of their pastries! The chocolate scone is to die for. Man oh man will I be coming back to this joint. The staff, Kaelen, Emma, and Paola were oh so nice and helpful with helping me choose the pastries that I really wanted. I balue a hardworking staff at my local coffee shops and Mr. Peet's has not disappointed. Let's get into the aesthetics and the decor. The classy checkered floor gives the shop a suave feel to it, backed up by a classy green and grey paint scheme, which is tastefully interrupted occasionally by stained wooden panels, giving a homey feel to the place to top it off. This is some of the best almond milk lattes I've had from a chain store. Usually I find that oat milk works better for consistency, but somehow they've made the latte with just the right amount of foam and thickness. I also love the aesthetic inside, very clean and great place to get some work done. read more

I love their coffee but this location is understaffed because it took 10 minutes for my drink. The staff (two that I saw, one cashier and one barista) were very friendly despite the long order list and chaos in the morning rush. read more

This location was open not too long ago; however, they seemed to still struggle with staffing. There were not enough workers here so the work flow was terrible. They ran back and forth between the cashier register and making the drinks. The workers didn't seem happy at all. The orders took forever to be made and sometimes they were not in the right order. The taste of the drinks was the only thing they made right. I love the cold brew black tie at Peet's. This location really needs to step up and train their staffs better or add more workers. read more

Received a flyer in the mail to try this place, only had been to Peet's in ffx corner. This location isn't exactly the closest but we were on the way to Dulles airport and stopped by. Placed mobile orders about ten min in advance . I went in when the estimated time was and stood by the end part of the cafe were drinks ordered come out. A guy behind there said I can help you over there, I told him I placed a order and he gave a kinda rude ' the mobile orders are over there' . Ok.: sorry I don't come to Peet's since I'm a loyal Starbucks consumer ... the way he said it made me kinda put off from this location .. maybe I'm too sensitive but for a new store with all new customers you could pretend to be friendly and love what you do read more

Shannon and the other barista had a rush of customers around noon today and they did a great job of getting orders out. I think they could have used an extra set of hands to decrease the waiting time for customers but I'm sure that's a company decision to make. read more

2 stars because the drinks were prepared great but the vibes were very off. As soon as I walked in, I was just getting stared at but it was like a "what are you doing here" stare. I felt very uncomfortable and very unwelcome. I'm not sure if it was because I'm hispanic or I walked in on a bad day. Love coming here and sitting outside under the umbrellas! Such a cute shop and area - def my new fav "work from home" spot. Not to mention the amazing iced caramel macchiato I always get it's a littttle pricey so I wouldn't opt to come here every single day, but it's nice on occasion. read more

I went to Peet's on 5/27/19 after I took a yoga class at FierceOne yoga. My review is not on the taste of Peet's Coffee. In full disclosure, I am not a huge fan of how it tastes. The customer service at this location was excellent. I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. I saw something that reminded me of one of my favorite coffee brands Caribou Coffee. I asked the Barista about it. Barista explained that Peet's had acquired Caribou Coffee and continued a conversation with me while he prepared my drink. I looked for a place to sit after I received my drink. The location has a good amount of seating in both lit and low lit settings. It would be a good place to study and/or read. The location also offers patrons a place to sit outside with chairs and tables on the side of the store. (It was a beautiful day when I visited so the reason it might have felt a little empty inside was a good amount of people were enjoying their outdoor space.) In a nutshell, this location of Peet's is a good representation of the brand. read more

Great coffee and snacks but terrible service. Friendly staff but takes forever to get anything. Forget about mobile ordering because it is never ready on time - most times you arrive and they still haven't started anything. I realize it is new but come on. Maybe more staff is needed. If you are in a rush - do not go to Peet's. The other shop starting with a S takes a fraction of the time to prepare orders. read more

By far the best coffee shop I've been to and I'm so happy that they opened one in Chantilly as I used to drive over to the one in Fairfax Corner. The coffee is amazing, the baristas actually know what they're doing, the hot chocolate is made with actually chocolate not the mocha stuff used at Starbucks and the milk is perfect. Staff is always so friendly and give off an amazing vibe and as a student this is a great place to study. read more

Disappointed tea drinker: went to this location on 3 occasions and no oolong tea. Response is always: "we haven't received it". Not sure why they can't resolve this inventory problem. Wonder how it would be if you ordered a cup of coffee and were told on 3 occasions that "we don't have it"? Other locations don't have same issue. read more

I have always had great experiences at Peet's Coffee until I came to this specific store for the first time. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. This morning it took 43 minutes to get a medium Latte. My wife ordered a Chai Latte and after 50 minutes waiting, she approached one of the employees who stated that her drink had in fact been made and was "probably mistakenly taken by another customer." We were in the store for nearly an hour and her Chai Latte was never called out. We are so disappointed that instead of taking full responsibility and offer to make he drink immediately, the manager on duty just made excuses and seemingly blamed us for someone else taking her drink. Sadly we won't be going back to this location. read more
