Twice Frozen, But Not Shy Cheddar, Bacon and Brioche Sandwich.
    Randy B.

This review is for my last three (non-consecutive) visits between late August and mid-September 2025. First, the good. The coffee is delicious, especially their dark roasts and international flavor offerings. They also have plenty of indoor and outside seating with shades for all customers, including the weekend warrior cyclists. Now, the very bad. I attempted to order the Turkey Bacon and Egg White Sandwich each time, and for all three times, they were out. Their oven was also broken twice during this period. Finally, when I was able to order food on my third visit, the Bacon and Cheddar Brioche sandwich was inedible. Clearly frozen for a long while, it was served up cold made Starbucks look like a whiten linen cloth restaurant. I was able to get a refund, however. The bathrooms were clean one out of three visits, with the disposal of overflowing trash being the worst problem. Finally, most of the staff here are really not friendly. The baristas seem uninterested and unmotivated to provide efficient and friendly service. There is one young lady who handles the majority of the orders in front that is the exception. As the only location in Santa Clarita, I am disappointed in this Peet's franchise. Management clearly needs to take more action and accountability to this spot.

This is how I got my drink. A good inch missing. Is this normal for Peet's? The sandwich was good, the drink was alright. I'm not in a habit of spending money on less of a drink. It was strong and I didn't get the extra foam I requested. Idk, if I'd want to come back.

One of my favorite Peet's! I stop by here when I take my car or my daughter's car in for service @Hello Kia. It's about a 10 minute walk from Kia's service center and other dealerships in the area. It's a great place to plant my arse, order a coffee and catch up on Yelp while waiting for my car to be serviced. The inside is very clean with plenty of tables as well as many outside to catch some Vitamin D:) The Baristas are super friendly! *Free WiFi *Plenty of free parking in the lot *HomeGoods, Nordstrom Rack & TJ Maxx in the complex

I haven't been here in awhile and since I was in the area I had to stop on by for a quick midday drink. The barista/cashier was really helpful with my drink and made sure it was correct before she charged me for my order. Since it wasn't crowded I didn't have to wait long for my drink to be made, less then five minutes and I was on my way! Also there chai is light tasting, was perfect that it was an ice drink. Great service, great drink with lots of room inside to sit down as well as the patio outside.

Didn't order extra milk or anything. They just skimp out on the matcha here. Disappointing for a $7 latte

I feel like Peet's Coffee is the underdog of the coffee world, with Starbucks being the caffeine king. I frequently switch between Starbucks and Coffee Bean & Leaf, but I haven't tried Peet's Coffee until I started working in Valencia. After doing some light shopping at HomeGoods across the walkway, I wanted to quench my thirst on such a hot summer day. I ordered an iced black tea with lemonade and although the price came out to be slightly more expensive than Starbucks, the quality of the beverage was pretty good. It wasn't too sweet, but still retained the tart taste. For the sake of convenience, I will probably opt in for Starbucks and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf because of their drive-thru options. But, if I'm shopping in the plaza again, I will stop by Peet's.

Best coffee shop! I even prefer them over Starbucks (slightly). I wish they had locations in Florida. They are a Cali/West Coast based coffee shop only...I asked. What I love about them is they have a big selection of vegan products that include several plant-based milk options, Beyond Meat and Just Eggs! Woah! One of the many reasons I love Cali is due to their healthy lifestyle options. You can find healthy, vegan and vegetarian food just about on every corner. This place is cozy and makes you want to hang out for a bit which I did. Sipping coffee and eating breakfast with two of my favorite people this weekend is something I hold dear to my heart. The smell of freshly brewed coffee surrounds you with the comforting ambience of the coffee shop makes for an experience to remember. This location is in beautiful Santa Clarita. I love this area. I ordered the bran blueberry muffin with a Matcha tea iced with oatmilk. Yum! I loved it so much I went back again the following day and had another great experience. The staff is super helpful, friendly and quick. Plenty is free parking. We also ordered the vegan breakfast sandwich and veggie & cheese frittata, both very good. This is a must visit coffee shop.

I have to say, I am liking Peet's coffee way more than Starchumps, lol. They are a bit cheaper and offer more flavor. I ordered a caramel macchiato with almond milk. Iced this time around. I was not disappointed. This location also has some really good people working and providing excellent customer service which in my opinion blends the perfect product. Great Peets!

Los Coffeeholics never fails me…read more The first time I visited was back in April for a Yelp event at the SCV Hub. The second I tried it, I find any excuse to come back. Well, Yelp had another event at the SCV Hub and you bet your bottom dollar I was going to order from Los Coffeeholics. Today we ordered a 24oz Mango Sticky Rice Matcha ($7.75) and a 16 oz Cookie Butter Latte ($6.75). Both drinks took about 20 minutes to make, which I do feel like is a long time but very much so worth the wait. There was also only two employees there that I saw, so they may have been short staffed because they were constantly working on orders. My Cookie Butter Latte was creamy with biscoff crumbles on top. There was also the perfect amount of ice to keep it cool but not where a majority of the cup was ice. I also thought I tasted a hint of cinnamon in there. I could easily drink the whole thing in 3 gulps. My partner got the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha. He's gotten this before, and has not stopped talking about it since. He was even telling me yesterday how he was super excited to go to Los Coffeeholics tomorrow to get his Mango Sticky Rice Matcha. Needless to say, half of his was gone before we even got into the car. Overall - the quality and price of Los Coffeeholics is totally worth it and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I got the strawberry matcha with almond milk and homemade strawberry syrup, it was delicious and you can taste the quality of the syrup throughout the drink. Lots of options to choose from, both matchas and lattes. I'm already thinking about what my next order will be... **Note that this is more of a grab and go kinda spot, very minimal seating inside of the hub but lots of seating on the patio. We ordered a simple large hot Jasmine Dragon tea, but received a medium-sized drink. We weren't given a receipt, but after checking my bank statement, we noticed we had been charged for a large. When we questioned the employee about it at the time, she said all hot teas are served in a medium size by default. To her credit, she eventually did the right thing and provided us with the large we had ordered. However, she then told us we "should have requested a large" when ordering. Hmm... we did. That's exactly what we ordered, and it's also what we were charged for. The issue wasn't simply correcting the drink. It was the unnecessary attitude and the attempt to make it seem like we were at fault when we had clearly ordered and paid for a large. A simple "sorry about that" would have gone a long way. No need for the attitude. Overall, the problem could have been resolved very easily with a simple apology and professional customer service. Instead, the interaction left a very negative impression. Once we went inside, we met the owner, who was really nice and shared that the space was originally an optometry shop and that the coffee shop was his wife's passion project. I thought that was such a cute concept, and you can definitely see the optometry theme throughout the shop, from the aesthetic to the drink names, which have fun eyewear and eye-care puns. I ordered the Rose Matcha with almond milk. The matcha itself was okay and could have had a stronger flavor for my preference, but I really enjoyed the rose flavor, which came through nicely without being too overpowering. Additionally, the price was a little expensive for the amount plus milk alternative change.
