I'm not a coffee drinker so this isn't part of my regular routine. But in signed up did the CB rewards and they often offer discounts that make getting a little treat more reasonable. This store can be hit or miss with how fast it is. Sometimes I go by and there's no one in the drive through. Other times it's a long line. When that happens I don't fool with the drive thru I just go inside. My drinks are always made correctly. The staff fluctuates from being super friendly to just kind enough. But I've never had bad service here. My favorite drink is the Swedish berries tea. It's unsweetened but it's a tart refreshing drink! read more

Let me start off by saying, the coffee tasted great. No issues there. However, the costumer service was mediocre. The young lady working the cash register wasn't rude, just wasn't friendly and never cracked a smile. Not the biggest deal, but still, friendliness should be a priority. However, the bathroom was ridiculously dirty. The store only had one working bathroom, and did not maintain the cleanliness. There was no toilet paper and the empty toilet paper rolls were left on the guardrail. Both trash cans were overflowing with paper towels and on the ground. And there was not any more hand soap. I kindly informed the same gal who took my order that the bathroom needed tending because there was no toilet paper, paper towels overflowing, and no hand soap. Her response, "okay". I waited for a few minutes for my order, and in that time nobody came to tend the bathroom. I would think that they would have to check the bathroom hourly to maintain cleanliness. Clearly, it had been a long time since they had been in there. And after politely telling them that the bathroom was not clean, there was zero urgency to clean and restock the toilet paper and hand soap. Honestly, it's frustrating dealing with customer service such as this. We spent good money at establishments, not to mention in this not so great economy. The last two visits were super disappointing. The first for the latte having zero hazelnut or sugar so I had to go back in after the drive thru because the line is so long and slow. They were nice then and replaced it no issue but the the second time recently I was being super nice to the drive thru girl and she was just NOT having it. If customer service is too hard, find another line of work! I know how hard it is personally but gives a super bad vibe to the establishment. Thankfully that time they got it right. It's a little harder to get to this location since it's a busy shipping center and it's next to a gas station. I went to the drive thru. I always went into the charging station instead of the line to order. It was great because I had a %50 percent coupon for my drink. I ordered the chai latte. It was iced but warm at the same time. Don't get me wrong I love a good coffee bean drink but why are we willingly giving out diabetes especially to people who specifically don't want to add 5 lbs of fat every week. I ALWAYS add a note "less sugar" "less syrup" but lately it's been completely ignored. Sure their drive thru was busy but come on, I'd rather wait an extra 5 minutes and taste coffee in my drink but instead I get a drink that taste like half and half with caramel syrup and an overpowered pumpkin taste. Why do I bother? It's my biweekly treat maybe but I might as well go to McDonalds and get an ice cream. Save my time and waste my sugar allotment on something I can expect to be over sweetened. I don't know if this location's managers or corporate will see this and tell their employees to read the notes, maybe ease their grip on the syrup squeezer or slam less on the pump whatever, but I believe this is a cultural issue at this point. Why do we normalize feeding syrup with a small side of coffee? And we wonder why Starbucks and Coffee Bean could be failing and our population obesity crisis increasing. Like come on. I've had an okay experience here a few times, but most of the time, aside from the one regular staff member who's always there to assist, no one else seems to have the time to explain things or answer questions. Yesterday, I went in with the intention of getting some decaf coffee ground for home, as well a hot decaf Americano. I was under the impression that the special deal they have applied to decaf coffee as well, but it turns out that wasn't the case. The usual staff member who helps me explained why the deal doesn't apply to decaf after I was ignored by 2 or 3 other employees who didn't offer any assistance. What really frustrated me, though, was that the coffee wasn't ground properly. There was no spoon inside the bag, and even worse, the bag wasn't sealed properly. I assumed they would take care of that and locked the bag as expected, but when I walked out, most of the coffee grounds spilled out because the bag hadn't been sealed properly. After I got home and tried to make the coffee with whatever was left, I was disappointed to find that the coffee grounds were still not ground correctly. All in all, I ended up wasting $25 for nothing. read more

The clearly posted sign on the door stated that the drive-thru opens at 4:30 AM, with the rest of the store opening at 5:00 AM. I pulled up to the drive-thru window accordingly. After several minutes of complete silence, I looked inside to see an employee standing just feet away, clearly able to see me waiting. She made no attempt to acknowledge me or communicate. I sat there wondering what was happening. Finally, after what felt like an unnecessarily long wait, she casually motioned that they weren't open until 5:00 AM -- a direct contradiction to the posted hours. While I understand that holiday schedules or operational variations can sometimes occur, there's no excuse for blatantly ignoring a customer who is waiting patiently and visibly. This behavior wasn't just inconvenient -- it was deliberately rude. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. I've experienced consistently poor service at this location multiple times. The repeated disregard for customers' time and basic courtesy points directly to flawed leadership and management that either tolerates or encourages this kind of attitude. If the team is allowed to treat people this way, it reflects a deeper cultural problem that prioritizes neither customers nor professionalism. Sofia, the cashier at the drive-thru, tipped herself without my knowledge! I went through the drive-thru to purchase a coffee around 10 a.m. on March 29, 2025. The coffee was made incorrectly, so I went inside to request a refund. While processing the refund, the employee assisting me mentioned they would also refund the $1 tip. I was surprised to learn that Sofia, the cashier at the drive-thru, had added the tip without my authorization. Decided to stop by on our way to Six Flags and went in person since it's usually faster that way. Ordered 4 drinks and I got the pumpkin chai drink which is really good I love the grains at the bottom. We got the pumpkin chai drink first and we had to wait almost 10 minutes for the other 3 which we didn't mind waiting but it got to a point and checked in with the baristas and the drinks were put on the drive through list which is an honest mistake its okay. The hardest thing was finding a convenient location as it seemed like most of their stores have shut down. I honestly wasn't even sure if they were still in business, but I found this place on Yelp. There were customers sitting outside and a few inside. I didn't experience any mask issues like other Yelpers mentioned but I wasn't there long. There was a promotion that day, so I received a free tea with my purchase. Overall, the store was clean and the staff was nice. This is a "newer" store, as I remember when the construction was going on in this lot.
