Great friendly and efficient service during a Thursday morning rush time hour. When it comes to Starbucks the product is consistent. The difference between locations is the customer service and store cleanliness. This Starbucks has a large drive through and plenty of parking. It can get congested if you are determined to park right up front. The store is large and clean. The staff are friendly. I placed a mobile order as usual and was pleasantly happy with everything. This is by far the best Starbucks in the Santa Clarita Valley. I don't want it to sound like I'm doing someone a favor by writing an over the top review, but they are seriously amazing. The best experience I had was in the drive thru about a week ago. There were about 4 cars ahead of me but from the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out, I was only there for 2 minutes. Jordan is phenomenal at her craftsmen's ship when it comes to making the perfect drink. I haven't had a drink this wonderful in a very long time. Don't ever fire her! She is an exceptional barista! Easy to enter and exit which I appreciate when looking for a drive-thru (other locations aren't quite as convenient). Super close to West Hills Valencia makes this my go-to choice for coffee. First off I hate the fact that Starbucks ask you "this is Timmy what's your name" I find that so intrusive. Just ask a name for the order and then the idiot has to use your name for five times in a sentence. Today I asked for a black coffee with cool water in it so it's not too hot. They play the music too loud both inside and out. (Believe it or not I am not a boomer.) Music is supposed to be a nice BACKGROUND enhancement to the ambiance. Starbucks copper hill is such a good place for studying. They have plenty of chargers for your device. The inside can be noisy at times, so bring some headphones. They always make your drink right and is always good. The people are so nice too and will come over and give you some sample drinks. read more

Drove here one morning and ordered a Tall iced matcha. Then I changed my mind when I got to the window and asked if they can make me a Grande instead. She said "yes" and yelled it over her shoulder. I sat at the window and witnessed the barista grabbed a Grande cup, filled it with ice and dumped my Tall matcha in there. I wanted to say something right then but there was a line behind me and we have all been waiting longer than usual because there was a big ordered that just went through before us. I decided to call the next day. Here is the issue: Called the next day and asked to speak to a manager. Ryan (shift leader) said he was manager on duty. I explained to him what happened and asked if that was normal? Right of the bat, he already had an attitude over the phone. Didn't answer the question nor apologize for the incident. He said "well, if you want a free drink, you will have to come in now!" I told him I didn't want a free drink. He then asked "so, I'm not sure why you're calling then!!!" I simply said I just wanted you to know what happened. There was a silent and then he asked "anything else?" I told him he was super rude. He hung up! I called back and asked why he hung up on me? He said "you didn't want a free drink and I heard your story. I wasn't going to stay on the phone with you if you thought I was rude!"...and hung up again. Patrick Sweeney, if you're reading this. Please pay a visit to this brand new location and maybe go over the customer service etiquettes with Ryan please. This location is SUPER convenient for me to get my coffee. Nope! I rather drive out of the way before I go back here again. 8/27/23 Not sure if they're short staffed or out harvesting coffee beans but I was in the drive through for 22 minutes for one drink. Went out for scooter ride with my son and he wanted to stop at Starbucks for his favorite drink. When we arrived at 7:40pm the lobby was closed, mobile ordering was unavailable, and only drive thru was open. An employee, Katelyn, came out and talked to us. She was able to take our order and we got our drinks. Katelyn was very courteous and apologized for the situation seeing that we couldn't go through the drive thru. I have been regularly going to this location for 15 years or more now and sad to say this Starbucks location has really gone downhill on customer service, professionalism and tends to run out of highly promoted favorite flavors by 11 am. This location has a horrible manager. I called in to make a complaint about my husband not receiving the right change when he was there and the manager Ryan or Bryan accused us of stealing and told us we're not welcomed at that location. I have never even been there. It was my husband's first time stopping at that location. The manager stated and I quote "he fits the description". I called and made a complaint to corporate. I really hope they take this seriously because I felt targeted for being Hispanic. He literally called me a thieve and I have never even stepped in to that location. My husband was racially profiled. I am so excited that this new starbucks was built! There is one on the other side of copperhill, but this one is on my way to work (whenever we go back) so will be a very convenient stop in the morning. My husband and I decided to take a little stroll here. They have the outside barricaded so you cannot even enter the building, but there is a little buzzer to get the barista's attention. He came out immediately, and we placed our orders. He was wearing gloves and a mask. I used my starbucks app for the order, he had to take my whole phone away to run it on the register, but when he handed it back, he provided a disinfectant wipe. They obviously take covid protocols very seriously and I felt very safe and comfortable getting items from this starbucks. The barista was very friendly and the drinks came out quickly, they were delicious. I would highly recommend this starbucks and will be frequenting it in the future! read more

This new location is fabulous!! The first time I went through the drive thru, the girl that took my order was so cheerful and was paying attention when I ordered so I didn't have to repeat anything. I actually said wow out loud before pulling up. (She might have heard me - oops :)) I also asked to get a drink remade this morning that wasn't quite right and the gentleman was so kind and made sure I liked it before leaving.
