They took care of the table/chair rentals, linens, lawn market lighting, draping, cocktail hour food, buffet, dessert and late night snacks for us. We had our tasting in January for our April wedding and we were really nervous since we already paid so much for the food before even trying it, so luckily it was delicious! The tastings are an additional $50 per person. For tray passed bites, we chose, chicken & waffles, watermelon skewers and mediterranean herb shrimp. Our guests asked if they were going to bring more out because it was all so good! For entrees, we chose the dry rubbed grilled tri tip with the carving station and the teriyaki salmon. We chose the churro station for dessert and that was a really big hit with our guests. For all of that, with staffing charges and taxes, it was $19k. More than we originally wanted to pay for our wedding catering, but it was worth it with how easy they made it for us.
