Apparently, everyone and their mothers showed up, kids in tow, to get passports! We waited 2 hours during the lunch hours, to get our kids' passports processed. The wait was excruciating (thanks Dept of State and Passport Agency for making this as hard as possible!) but once you make it to the counter, you're done in 15 minutes! I had to make another trip when I found out my passport is more than 15 years old. This time, the wait was shorter because all the kids are in school. Top Business Class would not refund us even with a doctors note proving this terrible news. They said they'd hold on to our funds for a future booking once our son was well and able to travel. We recently tried to rebook our trip and we were told NO. Apparently they have a policy to only hold funds for one year. Our son had to undergo treatments and a bone marrow transplant and then had to recover from all that. It take a long time to heal from all that! They have NO humanity at all. Overall everything went pretty smoothly and was as described. Maybe next time I'll try them out for plane tickets. Tip: their office is located at the yelp listed address but they are renting out of another companies building. So just go inside and upstairs.
