I will never go to this location again. After a previous bad experience recently, I received an apology from the restaurant and was offered a gift card. I go back to use this gift card and get the worst meal I've had in my life. I've attached a picture because you wouldn't believe it if I simply told you. I ordered the Mongolian chicken with fried rice - no special cooking requests. I got pieces of over cooked plain chicken that didn't even resemble how it should look and chunks of rice that was white and not fried. Also the serving was half the size and didn't even fill up the bottom of the container. I just can't believe someone would cook this and then someone else would serve this and no one thought twice! I know they will say they are sorry again and this is not what they strive for but it's just ridiculous and I give up. We met our friends here from out of town for 4th of July Weekend. We like this Pei Wei a lot. It is alway clean and pleasant. Our service was very good, food arrived within 6-7 minutes. Giving 4 out of 5 because I am pretty much always pleased with the quality and time of receiving my food every time I visit but lately it's the little things that have been consistently falling short such as not having the proper lids out, no fresh brewed tea for the duration of the meal, no silverware in the bins. We ordered Dan Dan noodles with added extra vegetables, New Spicy Drunken noodles with added extra vegetables, and New Mongolian green beans. We requested for our food to have light salt. The process of ordering the food through uber eats apps was easy as well as the delivery person was very prompt. He handles our food with car and was polite. I used to come here a lot! Sadly, I won't be returning any time soon. Their prices recently went up, and the quality and portion really went down. I was excited to try Pei Wei. I consider myself an American-Chinese food expert and I prefer Mon and Pop hole in the wall Chinese take out spots to Panda Express 100-0. I hate Panda, and was interested to see how Peo Wei faired. I came early in the day, right before the lunch rush. My meal, a "standard" sized Kung Pao chicken with fried rice (+$.99) for ~$10. My boyfriend got the Orange Peel Chicken. At Pei Wei, for those who don't know, you order, get a number, sit down and have your food brought to you. When the food arrived, I thought the food was plated well and looked appealing. Then I ate some. My chicken was cooked thoroughly, but it didn't have any spice. At all. It also kind of tasted like beef? I don't know how else to describe it, other than it had such an overpowering umami flavor I thought I was having beef. If I didn't see the (uncommonly used) white chicken breast breaded in SOMETHING smothered in a beefy sauce, I would think I had beef. The orange peel chicken was spicer than mine, and the orange peel chicken had no orange peel.... OR orange flavor? The veggies were fine and the rice was terrible. It had the texture of Spanish rice, didn't feel fried at all. The positive spin is that the restaurant is very clean and is the Asian cousin of a Chipotle. I assume they're probably owned by the same company. There was also a pepper spread near the utensils (metal, kind of shocked me) that allowed me to fix my spice level. If you like orange chicken, this is the place for you. This is fast casual so you order at the counter and they bring you your food. The orange chicken with fried rice is excellent. The salad was excellent and a bargain as an add on. The thai donuts were a tad undercooked but I still ate them. Our food was served fast and hot. The bill was $40 for the four of us. read more

Came in for a second and third visit two nights in a row. Got the pad Thai chicken the first night and it was pretty good just weak on the sauce and flavor, good when compared to fast food type but not so good when compared to sit down restaurant. The second night I got the orange chicken vegetable. I didn't notice that the noodles were an up charge over rice and the guy offered me noodles without mentioning the extra money so that was a surprise. I was very disappointed in the orange chicken. The sauce was watery and not very flavorful. The vegetables were small portioned and there wasn't much chicken. Tons of noodles though. Some of the chicken was cooked odd and tasted different. I could get better orange chicken from a hole-in-the-wall, dime-a-dozen Chinese place. Those places have cooked down orange rinds for flavor when this place has raw orange slices. The breaded chicken pieces are also not crunchy or crispy on the outside which in my opinion defeats the purpose. I'll visit again to try other dishes. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and Rice Bowl. The vegetables were severely undercooked and practically raw. Even for "Americanized" Chinese food the flavor was bland and disappointing. My suggestion is to look elsewhere, the wok to table flair is overrated especially if your food is undercooked and tasteless. read more

I called in and picked up my order. I found out my order was wrong upon opening it up at home. I called the store to see if they accidentally gave me someone else's order and the manager apologized and asked for my name, number and address so that he could send me a gift card to compensate for their error. Visited Pei Wei at the celebration location on March 24 at 7:20 PM I was disgusted by what I found on the patio area My tensions were to have dinner on the patio but when I saw The filth and garbage and condition of the patio area I was unable to sit due to the fact that not one table had been clean for what Appears to be hours how did I arrived at this conclusion ? easy some of the sauces had been left on the table for so long that they caramelized and had ants eating the sauce from previous diners plates which had been left unattended along with silverware and glasses with spilled on the the place was a disgusting mess worse restaurant I had ever seen to make matters worse I went inside and asked for the manager the gentleman that identified himself as the manager informed me that he would be right out to clean the area he needed the entire crew to clean the patio But to my surprise he never showed up had to go in a second time to ask him in again in meantime there was no where to sit because there was not one clean table he seem reluctantly to clean the patio and he knew well when he came out to the patio area the task at hand was overwhelming I decided to leave because if they keep the patio area this dirty I can only imagine what goes on in the kitchen area and yes I know you can see what they're cooking but you can't see what they're cooking below the lower shelves in the kitchen behind the plates I will forward my complaint to the Osceola health department along with the video so they can explain why and how long it takes teriyaki sauce to caramelize with ants feeding off of it disgusting read more

Pei Wei is generally pretty good. This is a good location. It's convenient for me as a work across the street. Make sure you sign up for their email list. They send out LOTS of deals. They have really large portions, the food is always cooked fresh. It is usually pretty consistent. I left a star off because I don't really consider Chinese food. It a riff on authentic (American) Chinese food. And Pei Wei is more money than a hole in the wall Chinese takeout place. But that's just me. My favorite here is the orange chicken bowl. It's often on special...be sure to ask. The restaurant is clean. The employees don't always seem excited to be here. read more

For $36 we got a kids meal and two plates with cauliflower rice. The kung pao chicken comes fried and breaded unless you ask for it otherwise. The service was excellent but the food was very mediocre and we will not be back for that much money. I would rather spend more and eat at a nice Chinese restaurant with full service. read more

I used to like going to this location but not anymore. The service is slow and disorganized. The customer experience is terrible as no one will answer your questions (literally.) I tried reaching out to Pei Wei with my concerns regarding an incident I witnessed with a manager and no one got back with me. Food is now subpar too. I am disappointed with this location and the company for not caring about its customers. I live close by and used to eat here all the time. Doesn't seem like a good sign of the company if they have stopped listening to customers. I will happily update my review if things change, but as of right now, it's terrible. I usually don't detract too much for service at a counter service place but Pei Wei did loose a star for me. Food was an amazing value. I haven't been to a Pei Wei since my Texas days and don't remember getting so much food but wow. I did the Poke Bowl special and it was really great. Everyone at my table was very happy with the food and almost everyone got different things. Service. Spotty at best is as nice as I can be. Ordering took a long time. Just one person on the regular register and another on the take out register and the line was pretty substantial. Didn't take too long. But to get our food! Eek. 15-20 mins depending on what people ordered. Longer than a traditional sit down. They have the Coke freestyle drinks but one was completely out of order and the other was...let's just say temperaments ("just giggle it a little and ice will come out eventually"). Hmm. We were also there on a weekday and not sure if that makes it more busy or less but man it was busy. But with all that said I will be back.
