I used to love Pei Wei, but the quality and portion size has gone down and the price up. We ordered the Pad Thai, which is what I have gotten for years. We were going to split it because usually it is hard to finish the whole thing. Thankfully we didn't because there was just barely enough for one person, yet the price was still a little over $9. The noodles were thicker and more like a linguine than a Thai noodle. The sauce was soupy and the tofu that is normally in it was missing. Neither of us wanted to finish it as the flavor just wasn't very good and we were tired of chasing the noodles around in the liquid sauce. We won't be dining here anymore. read more

Excellent food and excellent service. We had several of the shareables including fried chicken dumplings, chicken egg rolls, and veggie spring rolls. We also had some chicken lo mein and dynamite chicken with white rice. Our freshly made to order food was delivered promptly to our table with smiling service and everything was so good. I've been here a few times at this location. I've been to other Pei Wei's in a few other states as well. This review is only on this location. PARKING/WAIT/SEATING: They have a large parking lot, so you shouldn't have a problem with parking, even during peak times. If you come during peak times you might have a wait. Or at least there will be a line. We have come when there is a line, but have been able to find a seat. This location has a lot of seating. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Customer service has always been fine. You order your food and they bring it to you at your table. Overall, been fast and nice. FOOD: Food isn't amazing, but it is good. Last time we went my husband was not impressed with their pad thai. The few things I have had have been good, but not amazing. My favorite thing I would say is the crab wontons. I love the sauce it comes in. As if local Chinese food isn't Americanized enough, Pei Wei takes it to a new level. With that said, the food isn't bad. Never been inside the Roger's location but my friend surprised me (he's THE food snob) & said he wanted takeout from Pei Wei for a fast dinner. The website makes it easy to compile your order on-line & allows you to designate pick-up time. I got the Dan Dan noodles with chicken & my friend got Kung Pao with chicken. Both were regular size orders. The food was hot & quite a bit of it. I asked for extra spicy & there was just a little heat- more red chili flakes. The sauce was gravy like consistency & the Lo mein like noodles were drenched in it along with minced chicken, scallions, sprouts, & julienned cucumbers. I could eat about half the portion. My friend said his was good- "no complaints". The food & veggies were fresh. Again, not bad food but I probably would choose another Chinese place over Pei Wei most days. So Arkansas I've given up on finding good Chinese food here. Pf changs is it. The quality of the Lomein was low ... Borderline sad. It was clumped together and just sad. It makes me upset because I have been craving Chinese food and I'm not going to get good Chinese in bella vista and apparently not here either. Padtai was alright but the flavors were off, couldn't finish a small order which is sad because I love food and HATE wasting it. The staff is very friendly but they don't know their menu that well. You should have a sit down and let your staff sample the menu so they can explain or describe or recommend whatever to the customers. Overall we won't be back. read more

It's a good almost fast food, American Asian eatery. I've been here a few times and I've noticed that the cashiers make many a few mistakes. It happens... the rice sometimes is not always cooked through.. the noodles are in consistent as well some times mushy sometimes sticky.. but it's better than under cooked rice. The flavors are good! Just about everything they have is decent. The portions are gracious!!!! They have freestyle drinks so they have what you want! Even teas chias black green...etc The staff I will say every visit I've noticed a tall older man maybe... idk he is tall and always on the move Cleaning fixing helping etc. GiVE the man a raise he nice and attentive to everyone especially if he sees you may need more help than others.. I.e people with kids, disabilities large groups. He's asked if we needed napkins, help with anything .I hear him ask how people are doing ,do you need a box ,is everything okay. Lost me as a customer for life. My husband and I had lunch at PeiWei today. Well my husband had lunch today. I sat there after sending my food back. I ordered the kung pow chicken with brown rice. The food arrived as ordered. Except for the addition of multiple hairs in the rice. One two inch blonde hair was sitting right on top. Another dark hair was winding it's way through my food. The woman who brought our food apologized and took my plate back to the manager. She came back to issue my refund and to take the opportunity to share that it wasn't multiple hairs but one long hair of multiple colors. She did not count the blonde hair laying right on top. This did not make me feel any better, or any less disgusted. My husband begged us to end the topic so he could power through his meal. The ice/soda machine on the left side was sticky and gross. I've been dining fairly infrequently at Pei Wei restaurants for about 15 years or so. Their basic menu is solid. I enjoy the original Pei Wei chicken and rice. The crab wontons are some of the best around. My wife and I went to this location yesterday. I ordered the Bento box. Everything was good, except the sushi. Sadly, it was the worst I've ever had. It tasted as though it had been in a refrigerator for a week. The rice layer was so thick and starchy that i didn't eat it. Seriously, Pei Wei, you should probably reconsider putting sushi on the menu. I've had better California rolls from the grocery store. Other than that, the rest of the food was good. Asian cuisine that starts with fresh food is what attracted us to Pei Wei. As a new customer the cashier had a welcoming smile and offered assistance. The menu was easy to read and well lit. I ordered the fried rice with tofu and vegetables the wife ordered General Taos with tofu. My fried rice was very light and delectable. Not typical of fried rice so I was impressed. Lots of veggies including carrots, bean sprouts, broccoli, snap peas were blanketed by the hot fresh rice and soy sauce. My wife's dish was a bed of white rice with general tao veggies a top. Spice level would of been a 2 so a little on the milder side of what she was looking for. Flavor was different not typical of thick tao sauce. Already I went here twice, and my experience is "pei wei" too much. Initially, I ordered their Thai something forgetable. I ordered large. When the food arrived, the amount is as much as my coworkers who ordered a dish small. The food itself is just sour with no balance of flavor. I ordered brown rice with it, and it was hard and chewy. The second time, I wised up and ordered small. And, yep, the food is as much as the large. I got Korean spicy with with rice. I mean, how can you mess that up? It is a dish that have no comparison and yet, they did screw that up badly. The white rice is very low quality. I should know because I am asian, and I know my rice. They are hard and dry. The dish itself is lacking. I think their pattern is that they use too much vinegar. Again, just sour and no balance of flavor. This is a travesty to fake Chinese food. What baffles me is that this place is packed with people. I mean, come on!! I think you could get a better Chinese food over at Panda Express. Pei Wei is my 'go to' restaurant when I don't feel like cooking. Everything is fresh, hot and delicious! Highly recommend their crab wontons or potstickers as a starter. My favorite is Mongolian Beef with white rice. But I also love their Pei Wei spicy chicken or Pad Thai! A big fan of PF Changs, trying Pei Wei was high on our list and it did not disappoint! The location for the Roger's restaurant is a great, growing area with easy and convenient access. The restaurant is new so it was, of course, very clean and orderly. We were expecting fast food chain quality food, and hopefully fast food chain pricing. What we received was slightly higher pricing but way better food than expected, and an excellent value for the price paid. While everything about the atmosphere and environment is fast food style, this is about as pleasant and comfortable as fast food can be, even feels trendy or leading edge. I've never tried quinoa before, while I won't say it is better than fried rice, I'm pleased to find a menu variation that was delicious. The Sesame Chicken is not a regular for me but the clerk convinced me to try this dish - it was spicy and delicious, I was glad I ordered this dish. The Mongolian Beef was very similar to the PF Changs dish and every bit as good. Smaller portions than Changs, but also much smaller prices. My only low point: I don't care much for oriental Iced Tea served here. This is a common style in many asian restaurants, and Pei Wei's tea was a great quality, it just isn't my cup of Tea. Regardless, the rest of my experience easily overcomes the lack of my favorite beverage, I'll just have water next time. read more

Great place! Couldn't wait for it to open! Food is cooked fresh for you. Lots of yummy Asian fusion dishes to chose from. And the portions are plentiful. Actually, this is the lower priced fast service version of PFChangs. So you will find many of the same flavors and dishes! Options are kid friendly too and can be adjusted to your needs (I.e. Cleanliness: Plates left on 4 tables, the other tables had not been wiped and we had to wipe one down before seating. Staff: Is there any adult supervision? Friendly but most seemed not interested in working. Quality: To start the soda machines were all out of diet anything. We were given a refund on drinks. Sushi I don't believe it is made on site and wasn't very fresh. Kung Pau was ok but rice wasn't fresh. The tea that I had was very watery.
