I've been coming to this stop for years! My mom would come in all the time when she was pregnant, never failing to serve with the most friendly and respect attitudes but also amazing food with tasteful flavors! The place might look a little run down but it gives to the ambiance of a local hole in the wall restaurant. The menu has a wide selection of foods also giving the option to alter some plates with no msg, cornstarch, etc for a more healthy option. I recommend the hot and sour soup and general chow some of my favorites! Go give this place some love! First let me say, the service and staff are top notch! Always friendly and very helpful! The food on the other hand is a bit greasy for our liking. From the rice to the egg rolls...everything is greasy and heavy. The crab rangoons were soaked with oil and almost inedible. Portions are sizable the prices are affordable. I'm hoping they can improve the taste of their menu items and not cook everything in so much oil. I'd love to see more fresh and light items on the menu! read more

AS you will see in the picture the amount of food you get is well worth the small price. It cost you more to go through BK across the street than to eat here. The owner is great and most likely will be the one to take your order or bring you the food to your table. Its always hot and fresh. We used to eat here back when i came home on leave from military with my late father, he loved it and until yesterday had not eaten here in quite a while. While we had dinner at the location and today I went through drive thru and took away, it was even more delicious and very fast. Possibly the worst quality food I've ever had. The tofu was massive chunks. The chicken was also huge. Like 3 bites per piece. The meat was a weird, slimy texture and the breading was soggy from the super liquidy sauce that the boxes were completely full of. The generals sauce was flavorless, minus a strange tanginess. Rangoons were filled with pasty dull and dry filling. Didn't see any crab. And they didn't come with any sauce. This is an absolute waste of your money and time. Both entrees we got were sitting in a watery substance that did not in any way resemble a Chinese sauce that you're used to (think of that dark brown thick sauce with beef/broccoli, etc). On top of that, there was absolutely no flavor. The beef in both entrees was inedible. The first piece was chewed more than 75 times, and no progress was made at breaking it down. Those 75 bites weren't even enjoyable because it tastes like beef adjacent rubber. I wish it let me give zero stars. I threw the to-go box away with only a few bites eaten. read more

I give it three stars because the chicken is dry, and for a chicken dish had trouble finding chicken in a sea of bamboo shoots and green peppers. I ordered the egg drop soup in case I didn't like the dish, and I'm glad that I did. The Togo box was completely covered with oil at the bottom and, again, the dish hardly had any chicken in it, and was lacking flavor. I would only recommend this place if you're completely wasted and you need something to soak up the alcohol. Service was quick- I waited In the drive through line less than ten minutes. For me I tend to go with a couple rules. I'm usually hesitant about unclaimed Yelp businesses because it shows me the owner doesn't necessarily care about what the diners think. Second I tend to avoid 3 star eateries because if most of the reviews lean negative, not a s good sign. Today I violated those two with Hunan Chinese and I highly regret it. Ordered a veggie delight with garlic sauce and the smell coming from the dish should have immediately told me to run but I thought maybe it's a new sauce or a new style of cooking so I told myself give it a try. Been going to Hunan over 16 yrs This is the first time food was over cooked and cold when the new waitress brought it to the table. For she was busy sitting down talking to a customer. i took the lo mein noodles back asked to put the sauce on it cause it was dry and said sauce is on it that's why it is brown. Really all she needed to do is give us some fresh noodles. To top that off she took the plate from our table did not ask if finished with it we were still tying to eat. asked for money back on them was told did not touch for 15 min so she took them. You should always ask if finished before grabbing stuff off table. Called owner and he believed the girl side. She needed to cover her butt i would of thought the owner would of realized that we are the paying customers and no when we get bad service and bad food. Terrible! Stopped by as there were a lot of cars parked and in drive thru. Egg foo young tasted chemically. I dont like dark sauce but that was okay. Chicken ontop not cooked in omelet and brown colored instant rice. The eggroll was cold inside and the dumplings were like those from sames club, overcooked and luke warm. The wonton soup was okay but too much cabbage and ham...irish wonton soup? The people working there were super nice! Wish this was better!!! Absolutely terrible. All I wanted was a run-of-the-mill, strip mall chinese place. This is not that place. I ordered several dishes to sample what they had and hated everything. Even the chicken fried rice (I've never had a chicken fried rice that I couldn't eat) was inedible. It tasted like they put pumpkin or some other squash in it. I've been eating chinese food all my life from all types of Chinese restraunts (the nicest, most expensive to the cheapest, inside a mall chinese place) and this was by far the worst. Not even close. Sesame chicken lasted and looked like orange chicken and had no sesame seeds anywhere. Was a take out order, otherwise would have asked for money back. The orange chicken did not look like the picture. It looked like domed fried the chicken and poured the sauce on there. The chicken is not fried all the way. My husband got Mongolian beef with 5 pieces of steak. The food had no favor. The orange chicken and Mongolian beef was suppose to come with fried rice and it came with rice sautéed with soy sauce NOT FRIED RICE! Fried rice has pees, carrots, eggs and spouts. I was so disappointed. The pot stickers was nasty. The egg roll had no taste. And the texture is not what I'm use to. read more
