Not much to look at pulling up, but some of the most amazing food inside. Only three small tables and I assume they do mostly carryout. We happened to Come at an odd time. 2:30 on a Friday which worked out perfect considering I heard them on the phone say they are often booked ahead for multiple hours. The cheese wontons and the potstickers were great, but the true masterpiece is the peppered sliced steak. We enjoyed it on the green curry but they offer as an option on many of their dishes. Ask if they have the birds eye chili in fish sauce available on the side. Fish sauce smells very fishy so be prepared for that. Order your dish, medium, and have them bring that chili mixture on the side. Add as much little that as you wish. You will enjoy the burn in your mouth and the sweat on your forehead.

Every time I'm in Grand Blanc and driving by, I already know I'm going to have to stop on the way back home and order a "Hot" spice level Chicken (or shrimp) Pad Thai. It is always flavorful, fresh, and hot! I don't know what "authentic" Pad Thai from Thailand actually tastes like but I have a feeling, EatoChef and Manee Thai Cuisine are it because they are very comparable and the best I've been able to find in Michigan.
