The rooms are all very clean, linens are great, small fridge in the rooms and I stored water in the kitchen's fridge. Beds are very comfortable and the linens are soft. Each room has its own personality. My only concern, and this would be for management The Innkeeper Elizabeth is not very friendly and asked me to prove my service dog was a real service dog. She demanded a letter from my doctor. After a few minutes in which I explained the ADA she dismissed me with a wave of her hand. The Manager was completely appalled and apologized many times. This incident doesn't change my opinion of this hotel and I will continue to stay there during my frequent visits to Houston. Naen Ramos

A trendy, cozy bar with a chill bartender, a beautiful mezzanine level perfect for lounging, and pristine rooms. My bathroom was especially gorgeous and roomy. Towels were consistently provided, as were other amenities like shampoo. The room's bed was comfy, pillows felt fluffy. I loved the amount of clothing hanger space provided. My only complaint about the room, is that it need an extra mini-table. I ended up placing my luggage bag on the nightstand! I'd definitely return to Houston's Moxy as I felt safe and comfortable. As a traveler in my 20s it's essential I feel good. Therefore I would still recommend this location! It's near a lot of good restaurants & bars too! A metro station is directly in front of the hotel, it's super accessible and convenient to stay here. If you're okay with loud music till midnight or so and a lively atmosphere, you'll enjoy! My man never once smoked in the room he walked outside everytime. And this was not the first time me or family has had problems with this management. Very unfortunate because this is a decent hotel! I had wine and wings and ignored the dirty room non working lights and no door handle on the door to the leaking bathroom. I checked out and a $63 dollar charge turned into a $250 only after I had left. They insisted I had been smoking and even sent pictures that looked doctored. One was the "ash" that was in actuality, dirt on the floor. I do smoke but there was a door to the outside right next to my room so I used the stairs. The only thing I did was throw my empty pack in the trash. They saw that and just tacked on the charge knowing they are the only ones I could complain to. I will NEVER stay at one of these places every again!!!!!

The room was very nice, comfortable, and cozy, and the bathroom lighting was warm and pleasant. However, there are two things that could definitely be improved. First, the conditioner in the bathroom seemed spoiled -- it looked like decomposed milk, so we could not use it. Second, breakfast was not included, and when I asked the night before about the breakfast hours, we were told it was served until 11:00 AM. The next morning, however, we were told the schedule had changed, even though the paper with the hotel information had not been updated. At 10:50 AM, they told us that if we wanted, we could pay for lunch instead. Honestly, I thought it was a joke.

I closed the blinds, turned off all my cell phone alarms and nestled into the high quality sheets and BAM! what the? Woke up to the sounds of two dogs barking. Wait this is a dream. No. is that in the room next to me? That's right you got it, I am sleeping in a dog friendly hotel. Good news is Rover can stay the night, but if you plan on sleeping in, maybe even just a wink, don't plan on it. You may be staying in a room next to Cujo and his brother. Omg no way. Ok, so I call downstairs to mention the dog barking. But. It continues. I decide to just get out. I mean, check out. So I spoke to the manager who is pleasant, but I'm in such a bad mood I Didn't even want to get breakfast. Definitely first world problem, but I strongly suggested that if a hotel guest is going to be placed to room next to a guest with dog said guest should be forewarned, at least. There was not even a sign that this dog friendly hotel. No dog treats in the lobby no nothing. Just the sound of two rabid sounding dogs. The Hyatt grounds are nice. It is in Baytown after all. If you your best friend is barking for Pete's sake , take them on a walk. They have pent up energy, unlike their owners do, for allowing them to bark as if their lives depended on it. Unacceptable 1/5. stars do not recommend unless you have behaved dogs.
