The food product is basic, a tiny bit expensive for everyday ingredients but normal overall, fresh and healthy. Overall, I think this company does a great job with what they are offering. My only reason for less than 5 stars is the staffing. I have gone in a couple Of times for lunch, been the only person and it still took like 15 mns to get my smoothie. The one bit of feedback that I'd like to offer is I wish employees were more cognizant of how unsanitary it is to handle the register (with gloves on), and then go and handle the cookies. There were a couple of times that I've observed different employees pulling up my online order on the device (while wearing gloves), and then going to build my box. That, in and of itself isn't bad. But what they're doing is using the spatula to put the cookies in that same hand that was on the device, and then putting the cookies in the box. This probably isn't a big deal for most people...I get it. But I'm incredibly squeamish, and a germaphobe. Plus, customers handle that device, so it would stand to reason that employees should either change gloves or just only use the spatula to fulfill each order...or both! I didn't want to say anything to the employees in question, because I didn't want to be THAT person. So, I'm hoping my feedback will get passed along, and some changes will come of it. For that, I docked them one star. Aside from that, I do recommend this place. The cookies are huge (I can eat off of one over the course of a couple of days), and if you didn't know, they offer new flavors every week. Ordering online is fast and easy, and it's a nice treat every once in a while.
