Easy to understand & doesn't use construction words that go over your head. He didn't make me feel insecure in my purchases or frustrated about this project. When Bobby says he's going to do something it will be done with tenacious effort. This young man doesn't know what being lazy means. I'm fact, he's quite the opposite. Went to Lowe's last Spring. Why? Bc they DO know!!! In looking for window replacements on another project & a need for three exterior doors, I found a person indirectly at Lowe's, Josh Cook. Anywho, after I got a name (Josh) at Lowe's. I went from there with Josh in an two estimates. Josh came with accolades from others that enabled me to proceed. By the time I was able to start my updates, Josh wasn't available. Josh texted & highly recommended Bobby Reeder. This act demonstrated valorous leadership capabilities in my world. Neither gentleman knew me from Eve ; ) . Josh didn't have to do this at all. Received a text, as Bobby was introduced by Josh. Both of these young men have proven that they know what they're doing. They do it without any drama in excuses. No return fixes were necessary. I may be mistaken as my CRS is sneaking it's way into my evening, over a month has lapsed...magnificent effort in carpentry skills & diligence by both have certainly exceeded my expectations. When you meet Bobby, please try not to allow yourself to judge his stature. Bobby is stronger than he appears. He carried a patio door by himself and installed it with more professionalism than I've experienced in a custom home builder. I'm impressed with Josh. I'm more impressed with Bobby in how well he installed a front door & patio door...including picking both items up at two different retail merchants (Menards/Lowe's). Josh was right on, Bobby is ever bit as forthright as they come. Bobby Reeder is a fine person who has character in professional efforts to make your improvements become a reality without delay. Bobby...thank you so much for your time/efforts. Looking forward in working with you again soon. We love love love our patio door. The nails on the chalkboard sounds are completely absent. I was happy with first visit…read more Then two weeks later I tried scheduling a 2nd visit and they abruptly stop texting with me when tried to confirm they cost they quoted me for that was the same. Then a few days later they abruptly contacted me as if they'd not stopped nor there was any delay. They agreed to the previously quoted cost. I figured I'd give them a chance and scheduled a day late in the afternoon per their request. I had to take time off work to be at home that day. I texted them when I got home and they said ok. Just over an hour later they did not want to come out at all and wanted to schedule me for the next day. I told them no, I had to make up time at work and I was busy that weekend. They never contacted me back.

He explained everything he did to fix the door, then also did some minor repair and maintenance on a second garage door. Price was reasonable. Service was excellent. I had use of my door again in 24 hours. Would definitely recommend!!

A year and a half ago I had this outfit install 2 expensive garage doors. One door has operated…read morewell since then. The other door started making noises and when called they responded promptly and tempered the nose but it was still not perfect like the other. Recently our door began to act up again by not closing and required multiple tries to get it to close. I called first thing Monday morning to ask for service relating that my wife would be working from home the next 3 day and the owner said someone would be out in the next 3 days. NO SHOW. My wife said she could stay home Thursday if I would arrange for someone to come out. I called River City doors that morning and they were there in 2 hours and the door is whisper quiet. I do not recommend this company.
