We came to agreement on a price and he passed my info to the store. I was contacted by Andy from the store and we set up the sale; everything was fine, but then he called me back and told me he would be worried about it until the treadmill actually reached my house. He told me he had a brand new True treadmill in the store that he could sell me for the close to same price. This meant that I would get the warranty the comes with buying new equipment versus just a 2 year warranty on a refurbished treadmill. And it was BRAND NEW. After a few more questions from me to make sure it would fit my needs, I agreed it would be perfect. I purchased the true PS 300 and it was delivered the following week. The crew came and set it up in my garage and it has been getting used daily for a week now. It is great! The process to purchase the machine was smooth and the salespeople were helpful. I have visited this Dick's on multiple occasions for a variety of items from coolers to shoes, to sportswear and even just to walk around and waste time. All visits are pretty standard and I usually find what I need within a reasonable time. They stay well stocked at this location, this along with keeping the store clean, organized and in good condition makes it a decent spot to stop by. I will say the one thing that is inconsistent with this location is the customer service. On my most recent trips in, I have wandered the full store for over 15 minutes each and not once was I spoken to...even when I entered and left the store. And it was not because the lack of staff. They were there, just not interested in assisting I assume. Overall, if they can get their service in line, it would easily be a 5 star shopping experience at this location.

She also found an unusually low stock of leggings (compared to other Dick's) outside of the Calia brand that she doesn't prefer. Again, see comments about athletic females in this county. On the bright side, they're definitely keeping up with the Williamson County lacrosse craze and offer a tremendous variety of equipment in all popular sports for young people (except maybe ice hockey). As with most Dick's, they have a solid selection of sportswear and you can usually get a solid deal on good quality athletic and athleisure wear. My only gripe with this location is the service, or lack thereof. On my last two trips in I was looking for something specific and needed assistance locating. Finding an associate that wasn't on the registers was nearly impossible, and when I did spot one, they seemed to scatter when they felt I was going to approach with a question. On both trips, I ultimately just looked, didn't find and left. And oddly on my way out, both cashiers who were not assisting other customers didn't even interact. The store is kept in good condition and is clean on each visit. Always stocked well and easy to navigate. Overall, not the best Dick's experiences.

That was the first thing he had an attitude about........which I just told him to park on the paved part of the driveway. When he entered, he immediately got angry. He left and said he wasn't going to fix it, that there wasn't enough room. I offered to move it further back where there was room, but he said he wasn't going to work on "damn pee pads," and stormed out. He didn't even give me a chance to pull up the pee pads (I have an older blind dog, and another one with heart failure). This attitude and conduct wasn't necessary. All he had to do was work with me and let me pull up the pads and push the bike back there. Maybe I expect too much, but I just wanted the bike fixed and I didn't need his judgmental, immature, unprofessional attitude. He needs to be trained to work in any conditions and just do his job. I'm a Marine Corps disabled veteran, and I know that the main objective is to accomplish your mission. This guy shouldn't have any job around people and shame on the management for hiring him.

It was like if they took dance dance revolution and turned it into a workout. It made my young millenial heart so happy. Several times during class I caught myself going "wheeeee". Mae's energy is so contagious. She encourages you the whole time and makes you forget that your quads are burning and everything is shaking. Every time I thought to myself "I need to lay down" Mae would hit us with a "yes, YOU CAN!" And I found the inner strength to carry on. I thought to myself all class about how Jennifer Aniston does this and she looks amazing and if I want to make Jen proud I need to push myself even harder.
