Wow ! A soccer shop in the heart of Times Square !!!! Never thought that such a shop will be in such busy location. A good shop for soccer enthusiasts... nice and big shop having so many soccer jerseys .. It was pricey and it's obvious because of the location and since most of these are original jerseys (I think) ... they had all countries jerseys - like Argentina , Brazil etc .. they also have big leagues - man united , man city etc . With family from out of town, we had a request for USNT soccer jersey. Located in the middle of Times Square, there is a huge selection of soccer jerseys, US and International. Men's, Women's and Youth's sizes available. We were looking for a Men's small but they didn't have the size. Ended up purchasing a Youth XL which we were hoping was comparable in size and $20 cheaper. All merchandise available for sale was on the floor. Didn't see any sales on the floor, just at checkout. From Canada - purchase a jersey for my husband at the NY times square store that turned out not to fit when I brought it home. We made arrangements with the store itself to process a return once they receive the jersey back. Turns out Canada Post lost the package and needs confirmation from the NY time square store that they did not receive the package. We have tried calling the store NUMEROUS times and it just rings and rings. And all the emails to Bradley Graeff go unanswered. To add, the online customer service is useless - they won't do anything since I didn't order it online. Very disappointed in this whole experience and recommend not to buy anything as a gift if you are from out of town! read more

Beautiful shop with a wide selection of kits. During the World Cup, there were kits from pretty much every nation and a little tribute with a replica trophy in the middle of the store. It has a kind of unfortunate location off of Times Square though, so it's quite packed. Saw some team gear as well, like the Brazilian training shirts. No customization of kits as far as o saw. read more

Didn't see no Pele here, but I did see a store vestibule with chandlers. Maybe this is the new thing since Beverly Hills Boba a few blocks away has chandlers too. This place does has for a entrance what I consider a cross between a move theater and a old style New York building lobby. But once you get pass that you find a sporting goods store with plenty of soccer tee shirts, jerseys, jackets, caps, hoodies, footwear and equipment and that is just scratching the surface. They also have a monster big screen live sports screen with bleacher seats. Maybe to get you into the high energy mood and decide to buy and wear your for favorite player number outfit including a soccer ball for this weekend's fantasy play. read more

I'd give 10 stars if I could. We just had the best experience in this store! Amir and Bradley took care of us and went above and beyond. We're from the city and do an annual trip downtown (from Harlem) for the tree, windows, and Times Square. My boys are 12 and 8 and my husband is French. All are HUGE soccer fans. They have all kinds of soccer jerseys for teams from all over the world, soccer balls, sneakers, etc. The floor has astro turf (so you feel like you're on a soccer field inside). The staff is both very friendly and knowledgeable about soccer. They have a HUGE flat screen TV which is always playing soccer games. Bottom line: If you like soccer, it's impossible not to enjoy yourself here. read more

Can't say enough about the customer service here. As soccer fans, we went in just to check out what they offer and see what the store was about. Fun and the store has a cool layout. Also, my son ended up finding a pair of Crazyfast cleats that he'd been looking for on various on-line sites but had been sold out everywhere. The staff was super friendly, laid back, and not at all pushy. Such a pleasant surprise from a store on Times Square, of all places. Even better...the price of the cleats was comparable to what we were seeing online. Fast forward 2 months, and the expensive cleats tear under regular play conditions. Not cool, given that we paid $300+. I contact Adidas because we're outside the 30 day return for the store but inside the 6 month Adidas warranty. Adidas says they'll consider a replacement pair if I can supply the receipt. Unfortunately, the receipt had been thrown away. I call the store and speak to the kindest associate who says due to the computer system they use, he can only supply a replacement receipt within 30 days. But he says I should call back the next day and speak to the store manager, who he is sure will find a way to help me out. I call the next day and the manager, Bradley, listens intently to what's happened. I supply the date, time, and amount of transaction, along with the card # I used to make the purchase. Within 30 min I received an email with a copy of my receipt! What a refreshing customer service experience! Now to see what Adidas does... Either way, we'll definitely be shopping at Pele Soccer (in person and on-line) in the future. read more

a cool soccer/football shop in mid town manhattan that is named for the goat pele. i stopped by with a friend to see whats it about and its about finding your favorite soccer teams jersey , shorts , jackets , etc, and so many different soccer balls with all the teams name from domestic to international teams. the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the sport. i must of walked around for 20 minutes looking at the many displays and damn world soccer has many clubs and teams so if you are a collector you better have plenty of space in your closet. you can get your name put on the back of your favorite team jersey or stick with the name of your favorite player. glad i stopped by and will be back to pick up a few wearable threads. read more

Pele Soccer in Times Square has a nice store. It has a good variety of team kits and accessories. Tons of balls to choose from. Their shoe selection is impressive with high-end shoes from all the major brands. Brandon Was extremely helpful on trying on a higher and shoes. His knowledge of soccer was very impressive and was beyond helpful. Been up staying for about 20 minutes and just talking to him. He played in college and my son plays in college and gave him great advice which made the whole experience quite wonderful. I loved the store! I got to put my friend's name on a jersey and their selections were really nice. Their manager Brandon or Brad (not sure the name) was very nice and helpful. I didn't have that same experience at another store looking for Jerseys. I'm not a huge soccer fan so I felt dumb asking so many questions but the staff were nice and patient in comparison to other place I went to. My friend loved the Jersey too. I plan to go there again and get more jerseys as Xmas gifts for my nephews. At least I know I won't be treated like a dummy for not knowing what is what haha. read more

I first noticed this store on a bus going down Broadway. An answer to anyone's prayer for youth/adult soccer jerseys and gear. The staff are SUPER friendly and best of all, knowledgeable. The selection is great. The manager/assistant manager worked with me to find the right items for my grandchildren, and seemed sincerely invested in making sure I looked like a hero to the boys.
