No other local transmission shops could help either Luckily when I called Magic GMC I got connected to Cisco who knew exactly what to do, gave me a quote and accommodated my have my truck getting dropped off in the evening and he had Martin start work in the morning They were both very helpful as I had a few extra questions. Martin even took the time to mark the bolts he torqued. A practice I have not seen in years I am extremely thankful to them for great communication and the ability to do the job in a timely manner. The shop rate here is quite expensive but I'm okay with paying a premium knowing they did the job right

The pricing did not feel very competitive, and after being placed on hold for an extended period of time, the final price increased significantly due to changing corporate deals, incentives, and other factors. That was frustrating and left me feeling like the process could have been handled with more transparency. The biggest issue for me was communication, follow-through, and customer service. There were multiple times where I felt I had to chase answers, and even then, there always seemed to be some kind of excuse or lack of clear follow-up. In today's world, with modern technology and communication tools, I expected a much smoother and more professional experience. While I understand the dealership does not build the vehicles, they do represent the brand, sell the vehicles, and manage the customer relationship. That part of the experience matters. Unfortunately, it felt like once the sale was the focus, the relationship became more transactional than genuine. I am giving three stars because I do like the vehicle, but the dealership experience itself needs improvement. Hopefully management reads this and takes the feedback seriously, because better communication, transparency, and customer care would make a big difference.

MARIO GARCIA (Service Manager) is an absolute nightmare of a person to deal with. We own 4 MV 607 trucks and I took 1 of them in for a minor recall. On the letter it said that the work takes 1.75 hours of work. Called Mario and he kept saying it will take them a day to get it done which I was fine with. Dropped of the truck on a Thursday at 2pm. He checked it in on Friday. Called him end of Friday to see if it was ready. He then said Monday. Called him end of day Monday, and he said now it will be ready on Tuesday. When I tried to explain that I'm frustrated with the lack of transparency and the truck being down for 3 business days for a simple recall, he got very confrontational and loud saying that they did not have the part and had to order it which he had not mentioned on Thursday, Friday nor all day Monday. His demeanor with clients is very unprofessional, 0 courtesy and does not own to his mistakes. He admitted that he didn't know they didn't have the part which could be acceptable (as we are all human) when you say it in an apologetic demeanor rather than a confrontational demeanor. In my opinion is wrong that a company like International and RWC Group to put such an individual to treat customers in such an unprofessional manner. We've dealt many time with the Westrux service department and unlike RWC, we always get treated with courtesy and professionalism.

Everytime we bring in our truck for service or repairs we end up getting charged! which makes no sense!. The employees say they do not see we purchased additional insurance on their computer. We have the Paid Checks to prove we did buy additional insurance. We have been working with Andy at the San Fernando Office he always tries to help us out. He has great service. I understand it's not his fault. All this comes from the person who sold the truck to us. His name is Barry Sloan. They are trying to resolve this matter. I hope Barry can put into the system our Insurance and this should solve this problem.

I called again on Monday and the guy I spoke to (Mike) said that he was charging me for 2 days since I didn't turn in the truck until Monday morning. That was completely impossible since I had fueled the truck and taken it back the same day. It gets sketchier. Mike stated that they found the keys inside the truck instead of the dropbox. I dropped off this truck with my wife and we're both witnesses to me dropping off the keys in their night dropbox. He stated tbey had me on surveillance dropping off the truck but not putting keys in the dropbox. When I asked to see the evidence, Mike asked if I was a cop and why would he have to prive what he is saying to me? Further, he also states that 7 gallons of diesel were missing and they were charging me for that. How is that possible when I filled the tank before dropping it off? They state that a fuel receipt should be left in the truck but that is NEVER EXPLAINED when you pick up the truck. I got so frustrated with Mike because when he was pressed to answer questions he would basically give me a run around answer. I asked to speak to his manager (Tim) and he straight out told me he didn't want to talk to me. I asked politely to talk to Tim and he put him on the phone. Tim told me that things were the way they were going to be and nothing was going to change. In fact, Tim mentioned to me that I was missing 10 gallons of fuel. It was at this point that I figured that someone must have driven the truck and these guys were giving me the run around. Tim was rude and he kept cutting me off when I tried explaining things and then he abruptly hung up. I tried calling multiple times but they kept ignoring my calls. Finally after a while Tim picked up and I let him know that I would file a complaint with his corporate office and he said, "Good, you should!" I had heard so many good things about this company but now I know their staff are crooked thieves who cannot be trusted. Please make sure to NEVER drop off the truck at night unless someone is present so you can dispute any discrepancies. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company since neither the manager nor the employee bothered to make things right.
