Restroom was clean, functional and modern. Long lines on weekends is expected. I saw the self-checkout line diminished quickly as more cashiers became available. Employees I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. I noticed that summer clothes were on clearance (earlier than in Texas). My experience with this location was mediocre. I went in looking to get my daughter's foot measured…read more( 2yr old) and was told that they couldn't do that because she was too small. I always get her foot measured before I buy her new shoes, so I'm not sure why they couldn't do this. The employee then asked what size shoe she wore, I told her and she proceeded to tell me that they didn't carry her shoe size, even though I have purchased shoes for her at the same chain (different location) before. The employee just seemed uninterested in assisting me, so I ended up leaving. This store is very convenient to my home and I hate that I don't want to visit again due to this experience.
