They charge me $129 for showing up. 3 days go by with no follow up call with a quote. When I called, there seemed to be confusion around getting me a quote. I was told that the master electrician would call on Monday with my quote. Surprised by that, I asked, "why would an electrician call me when the job had nothing to do with electrical?" I could not get an answer to that. Monday comes and no call. It's now been a few weeks and I've never heard back nor received service for what I paid for. Was my first time calling looking for a new heating and cooling service. Will never call this company again. My mistake was paying the $129 before receiving what I should have received.

We decided to replace both our AC system and gas furnace (after the furnace died on the morning of the first blizzard!) with new American Standard units, and Gill gave us a very fair and reasonable price. While Warrior may not have had "7 trucks ready to finish the job in one day" like some of the larger companies promised, Gill and his team focused on doing the work the right way -- with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
