These are clean, organized and communicative professionals. My project was small but complicated. We have an odd counter top extension that sort of hung out at a weird angle, we did not use and took up an entire room of the house (it is a small house). It was becoming a place for accumulating junk. This project required that they cut off a section of granite countertop and detach the extension from the floor. Then they trimmed the granite to a new length it so that they could reposition it with a CLEAN SEAM. It looks great and now I have more usable counter top space for cooking, the kids have a counter to sit at for breakfast and we have an extra room in the house. The big problem now is that we are arguing over the space (I want a sewing room, the kids want a desk and my husband has other plans :) Keywords: cabinets, counter, granite, marble, clean, granite cutting, diamond blade, stone, cabinet repositioning, adjusting their height, level, decorative molding, gaps between surfaces, countertop, trim, wood, metal, metallic, laminate, sealing, sealant, granite countertops, professional, efficient, innovative, collaborative, detail-oriented, zelle. We were on a fair budget with this project and we're really happy with the interior paint job. We…read morealso had them remove wall paper and for the price it was amazing. We live 2 hours away from the condo and weren't able to check in on them. It's been a few weeks and only just saw what they had done today.

We hired Mauricio (also known as Oscar Solano of Master Paint of Florida) in March 2026 to paint…read moreour condominium building, resurface the balconies, raise a concrete wall, and replace a door frame. While the painting was largely completed, numerous details were left unfinished, including uneven balcony surfaces and areas that still require touch-up work. More importantly, despite being paid in full, Mauricio has not completed the wall or door frame projects. Over the past three months, we have received numerous explanations for the delays, including that his wife was sick, his truck had broken down, his co-worker's truck had broken down, and that weather conditions prevented the work from being completed. Unfortunately, regardless of the reasons provided, the result is that the contracted work remains unfinished. After more than three months, repeated promises, and multiple missed commitments, he has still failed to return and complete the remaining work, which is worth several thousand dollars. Our experience has been extremely disappointing. We have been patient and have given ample opportunity for the work to be completed, but the project remains unfinished and communication has become increasingly difficult. Based on our experience, we would advise anyone against hiring this contractor.

Id like to say my experience was good but unfortunately, it was not. Very confusing unorganized and…read moreconflicted. It started out with Brian calling me on February 18th at 9 am making an appointment to come see the job and give me an onsite estimate. I took the rest of the day off and waited for them, but they never came. At the very end of the day Brian texted me to say that he couldn't get there. This cost me half a days loss of income. At around 5:30 pm same day he texted again, saying he would do the job for $500 without seeing the job personally, because he had enough information from the initial pictures I provided. However ,the next day he asked me to compose a video with detailed spoken instruction of what I wanted done. More time wasted and extremely aggravating because I then had to edit the video for over an hour just to be able to send it via text message because apparently the video was too long to be able to send. After all this he retracted his $500 estimate He instructed me to go ahead and do it with someone else. It should be noted that Brian was polite and well spoken but regrettably this interaction wasted my time and fell far short of my expectations. My belief is that it had more to do with the owner Augustin, who was disengaged in this communication and seemed to change his mind several times. Very unfortunate and Not the way to get my business. Agustin was very attentive from the very beginning. He was the only that took the time to work with me until we came to a final decision for my project. I needed to re-level, re-sweep and paint the pavers for my driveway and walkway. Also I needed to extend my concrete patio and install tile, and some other minor repairs. Agustin managed the crews doing the work and completed everything in a timely manner. It all turned out very nice and job well done. Thank you Agustin and to your brother and crews!

Yasel and his team were a pleasure to worn with. I initially found yasel on Yelp and was glad I…read morefound him as it's very difficult to find reliable contractors in the Miami area. Yasel scheduled a visit to my home and we went through the renovation I was looking to have done in our master bathroom. After providing us the final estimate we scheduled demo and his team arrived promptly to start their work. They did a good job covering the bedroom items to avoid dust which helped quite a bit. During construction Yasel kept me informed the entire time and we made a couple minor changes to the scope of work without any issues (he even helped me repair the baseboards near the front door. Overall, yasel was a great contractor to work with at a good price. I plan to use him again for our other bathroom and for future major jobs around our house. You will not be disappointed with his workmanship

I mention this because not everyone is willing to hold off that long but I have to tell you he and his team are WORTH THE WAIT! The entire team was really professional. They did a full demolition in less than a day and left the bathroom in pristine condition at the end of the day. Wow!!! I've worked with other contractors that took 3 days to do a room less than half the size as this one, so when I tell you they were off to an impressive start, that's an understatement. His team left my bathroom and the surrounding area spotless every evening. They did an incredible job and the tilers are meticulous! I used 30" x 15" Porcelain Tiles in my Tub Alcove and 14" x 4" Glass tiles over my bathroom vanity and they had the correct tools for every job. It turned out some of my Glass Tiles had a slight bow in them and did not sit straight and they took the time to go through each tile and separate the bowed tiles before starting my vanity wall. The best part of the entire process is that Yasel, as well as, his team had a SOLUTIONS mindset. What I mean by that is that some contractors find a problem and focus on the problem itself. For these guys NOTHING was a problem because they focused on the solution!!!!! I cannot put into words how invaluable this trait is. Again, I've worked with contractors in the past so I was prepared for almost anything. His prices are competitive and he always shows up when he says he will and his team was on time everyday. This team blew me away with their craftsmanship, work ethic & commitment! They left my bathroom looking absolutely stunning!!! I could not be happier. Check out the BEFORE & AFTER photo's to see the transformation they did!
