Overall was very pleased with the service and quality of work from this team! The scheduling was easy, and they showed up right on time. They were very thorough in confirming what carpets we wanted cleaned, and although they talked through some potential addons beyond standard cleaning (one of which we purchased), they were not pushy at all and were only recommending what they thought might be useful (and not recommending other things we wouldn't need). They were very thorough with the cleaning, performing multiple rounds of cleaning per room. They were very efficient (it helped having a team of two) and finished relatively quickly and for a reasonable price. The only downside was that I was expecting the carpets to be dryer at the end (i.e., the chem-dry part), where they still took just as long to dry as non chem-dry carpet cleaners. But I'd still highly recommend as I'm very happy with the result. read more

Jessie and Mike cleaned our living room fabric couches and chairs today and we couldn't be happier with the results. They explained their process, the various treatment options for our specific fabric and even talked us out of extra work to clean/condition our leather couch and chair because it would have surfaced cracks that wouldn't be attractive. WOW... just WOW! I spoke with the owner of Peninsula Chem-Dry and explained the carpet cleaning needs at my house... three small supposedly house trained dogs... that over the years had not been quite so trained as I had thought... YIKES! Mike explained the "soil" and what his company could do to "un-soil" it... Sounded like a plan to me! Mike said the "P.U.R.T.® (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) is used to explode the urine crystals and break down the enzymes which gets rid of the pet urine odor forever"... Yup... I needed that... He did caution that older stains and soils might not come out 100 %. These were older and I mentioned this was a stop gap cleaning before replacement. He also explained a deodorizer after a thorough cleaning. He said he would send the team of Jesse and Angel and that I would not be disappointed... Well... that was an underestimation on his part as I was ECSTATIC at the personable nature of Jesse and Angel and their tireless work ethic and get the job done right attitude! Jesse explained all of the solutions and what they did and how long it would take to dry and what the smells would be like... Lavender and citrus. He also explained that some (ok... lots) of the soil had been there a while and that the spot treatments that I had used were actually contributing to the ugliness of the carpets... oops... Fast forward to the end of the day... they worked tirelessly on the bedroom, study, 18 steps and an area rug to get them as clean as I've seen them in years! Jesse worked magic on the carpets and the cost and provided the best service that my ugly carpets would allow! Jesse showed me pictures of his little dog and understood what was going on with my carpets which became his passion to clean my carpets as best as possible... I believe they succeeded! Jesse was very thoughtful in leaving plastic booties for our use until the carpets dried, but what was so kind was he wanted me to be extremely aware of how slippery the stairs would be! Dang! It was literally black and brown from years of wear and tear and recent neglect and now it looks like new!
