Roger's awesome! We needed our carpet shampoo'd and also stretched in several parts where there were a bunch of ripples. Most of the providers I called only did either the stretching only or cleaning only. Not only does TriStar to both, but Roger quoted me an estimate that was less than the other providers combined if I were to hire two separate companies. Even though the job ended up being a bit bigger than what he had estimated, he still only charged me roughly close to what he quoted when he was done with everything. Also, this guy is a machine - he pretty much did everything himself, including moving a heavy bunk bed. The only thing to keep in mind is that while he said that it would take 3-6 hours for the wet carpet to dry, it actually took over a day...even during a fairly warm afternoon with all our windows open. This isn't a criticism on Roger's work though - just letting people know what to expect. read more

I used this company last year and am about to call them again. I've found sometimes the results of carpet cleaning are short lived. That's not the case here at all! First of all, Roger was great! He was responsive and followed up when scheduling, was prompt, and took the time he needed to do a truly great job. We have three levels two with carpeting and a large white rug on the first level. All turned out great-even the pet stains! Even a month later, our carpets still look and feel great! No stiffness, stickiness or smell. Just clean. The pricing was also very reasonable.
