I would highly recommend that anybody avoids this company. Tried to get a quote for some work and overheard the owner talking about how " Gorgeous elementary girls" at the school across the street were. They also seem to be extremely unprofessional and unknowledgeable about crane operations and safety. Combine that with the fact that they were caught on video lying about people having weapons just proves how untrustworthy they are. read more

The office lady lied and made a false statement on an innocent man during a 911 call to get a harsh police response on a man that was doing nothing wrong. Thank God the police officers were good and level headed and reprimanded the lady and the innocent man did not suffer any legal troubles. Having a woman like that in your business is dangerous. She knew what she was doing during that call and she wanted the police to come guns drawn and just arrest that man for no reason. I don't know if she was charged for the false report but she should have and if she still works there the business should suffer for it. You shouldn't have people like that representing your business. read more

This is a very sad and dishonest business. I'm very grateful I had paperwork to back up our agreement. I was overcharged (times 3) and the equipment was missing essential pieces in order to operate safely and had no operators or employees who could safely or knowledgeably utilize the equipment. This is extremely dangerous and the owner and his secretary became strangely angry and hostile when I was asking just basic questions about the contract and equipment. Happy I was able to get everything back in court. Not a safe business to trust your life and the lives of others with substandard equipment and unknowledgeable employees. Use another business. Placed several false reports to police threatening people's lives because someone was videotaping their business from a public sidewalk. First they told the truth wanting the cops to stop a legal action. When the cops didn't immediately respond when barked at they called AGAIN & lied claiming individual was FILMING CHILDREN. Then THEY assaulted the individual breaking his equipment. Then AGAIN called & lied saying he was filming children & looked like he had a gun but hanging up when questioned. AGAIN called & lied saying he DEFINITIVELY had a gun around children & people were in fear for their lives but hanging up AGAIN when asked questions. When 911 operator called they demanded THEIR badge number & wouldn't answer questions, even though they were "scared" for their lives. They have no problem putting other people lives in real danger when they don't get their way by lying about gun violence over being VIDEOTAPED IN PUBLIC. The most entitled group of ignorant, uncaring, disgusting company of menaces to society. Wasted time & resources for their personal pleasure just because they felt like it. Barb Barbagelata in accounting is very difficult to deal with. Like many offices, our accounting offices have been closed since March due to the pandemic. It was recently brought to my attention (I don't work in accounting) we have a past due invoice from May. I was given till the end of the week to pay the invoice. If the invoice is not paid, she will go directly to the end-user and attempt to collect payment. This is very unprofessional especially during these unprecedented times. There are nicer and more professional ways to go about collecting payment, this is not one of them. read more

I needed a 3,200 lb swim spa installed into a challenging location due to power lines and space restrictions. We contacted a number of other crane companies and all stated they were unable to help. Peninsula Crane took the time to understand the challenge, go over a number of options and ultimately had the equipment, the skilled people and the willingness to solve what was major problem I needed to solve. This company is great. One of the best contractors I've worked with on our home addition project. Long story short, we needed someone with a heavy duty fork lift to unload 12,000 lbs of construction materials from a flatbed truck into our residential driveway. Oh, and we need it done tomorrow, and I'm a homeowner not an expert at this. No problem! Every employee I talked to went above and beyond to make this happen successfully. The driver and fork lift operator was careful, patient, and a super nice guy. Sidney back at the office did a great job answering my questions throughout and coordinating.
