Not only did he fix it, as he repaired my mower, he explained what he was doing and showed me how to troubleshoot any further issues. I had replaced my air filter and spark plug and I thought my carburetor was the issue. It was not. My mower typically took 10-12 pulls to get it started. After it was fixed, it took a low effort pull to get it started. He also sharpened my blades for me. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to talk to.
