My wife and I ate here on February 21st, around 4p, we both had cheesesteaks. penn station is 1 of my favorite places to eat, however, I will never eat there again. Horrible - I have been to many Penn Stations and this one was the worst. Fries were skimpy and cold (which is never supposed to happen there...) and there was a single piece if precooked bacon on my large sub that said it cane with thick cut bacon. Two small slices of tomatoes and half the amount of meat. It was filthy as well. For $23 for a sub, fries, pop I expected more. read more

Penn Station is one of my favorite subs historically. However, today was a complete let down and maybe my last visit to this location. I built my own sub (like always). They attempted to make it twice, and it was not correct either time. I am big on sanitation, and I know for a fact if the Ohio Health Department were to stop in this afternoon, it would have been shut down. The worker placed the meat for my sandwich on the receipt before cooking it. After asking her to take it off the receipt, she grabbed it with her bare hands and placed it into a bowl. They were throwing foot around like you do dirty laundry. Every table in the restaurant was covered in crumbs and trash. Needless to say I payed $15 for a sub that was made twice and thrown away. Best lemonade in town! Service is quick & food is hot. Basic sandwich shop but I definitely prefer a hot sub over a cold any day.

I'm sorry Penn station I gave you an opportunity to make things right and you again disappointed. I ordered an Italian sandwich made exactly as advertised. I unfortunately got this to go and when I sat down to enjoy my order I discovered I payed $7.00 for a tasteless meat and bread sandwich no other toppings included. I reached out to your customer service team and have yet to be contacted 6 days later. needless to say I will no longer dine at your establishment I'm beyond disappointed with my experience both with the products you serve and with your customer service procedures. read more

The absolute worst!!! Called to try to place the order over the phone...busy signal for over a hour and a half & 40+ calls...meaning, a lazy employee just left the phone off the hook. Placed the order through UberEats. Tried calling to modify the order...still busy signal (phone off the hook)... Had to call the frozen yogurt restaurant next door and ask them if they could walk next door to see if Penn Station was open! They said "their sign says they close at 8pm" mind you, online and on Uber Eats it says they don't close until 10pm. So I immediately cancel the order at that point...the app had held my order in limbo that entire time anyway, so it wasn't as if my food was being prepared. And to take the cake, those lazy a$$ employees that were "working" that night (3/28/23) told Uber Eats to charge me because they'd prepared the food. ARE YOU F&$;BG kidding me?!?!?!!!!! I went into my local Penn Station sub shop for lunch today and the ladies working behind the counter and taking money were not wear what should be, mask to protect themselves and customers from the coronavirus. I ask the woman who was at the cash register if she could ask her co worker to put on a mask before making my order. She then asked if I would be okay with her making it since she did actually have on a mask and I agreed. One caviot, while she did have a mask on, it was only covering her mouth. She remarked that the state did not require them to wear one because it was so hot outside. Mind you, we were in the store and the ambiant temp was roughly 75°. My point is, why even have a mask on your face if it doesn't cover your mouth and nose. I know a lot of people think that if you are wearing a mask, you hate Trump. Full disclosure, I DO hate Trump but I also love life. This whole indifference to protecting yourself as well as others that you may encounter in your life during this time is especially ignorant. To the business owners and franchises, this should be something that you speak to your employees about if you want to continue to have loyal and repeat customers. If the medical professionals are telling you this, why aren't we all on the same page. Wtf. Just don't understand. P. S. I will make my complaints about the president at the ballot. read more

I noticed one employee who was running around without gloves on, and on top of that had a bandaid on her finger. She was changing pans out and grabbing stuff from the back so I didn't think it was a huge deal until she started picking up rolls and cutting them for the subs. I immediately asked the kid at the register for my money back, and he said the manager had to do it. The manager was the one who wasn't wearing her gloves! She asked my why I wanted my money back, and when I confronted her about her bandaid and the fact she wasn't wearing gloves she laughed in my face. I enjoy Penn stations sub. I never tried it until this location opened. Today my wife attempted to get subs for the family. She is hearing impaired. Loud music with a cashier that mumbles or talks softly when ordering is frustrating to someone who has hearing aids. read more

Ugh, hog trough. I USED to enjoy Penn Station, till they built one here. Ate there 3 times since opening. Un-impressed each time. Goofy staff, that stare, smile, and giggle at you while you order you're food. Filthy tables. Sloppy sandwiches thrown together. My suggestion? Go Bellacinos if you want a good baked sub. Skip this place where the throw meat, peppers & onions, cheese on a grill, then make a sloppy mess with sauce on an itallian baggette. read more

Again I'm a truck driver so going to penn station is nothing new. This location made everything fresh after I ordered, no old fries. I really do appreciate that because I had to walk back to my semi. Even with it being extremely cold outside my food was still hot once I started to eat. On other note walking into this location I was politely greeted and was made aware of their specials. I had ALOT of places who prejudged me because of my work clothes. I didn't get that vibe here. Staff were great and location was clean. Definitely would come back to this location when ever I have another load due in Lima mall. read more
