Good food, consistent and comforting. I will admit I hasn't been into Penn Station for a long time, more than 10 years. No idea why, no reason, I think I just forgot about them? I shouldn't have! I forgot for sure how tasty the cheesesteak sandwich is with the fresh mushrooms and mayo, it really is a signature taste. The fries are amazing as well. Fresh cut, fluffy and crispy simultaneously, and wonderful with that vinegar! If you haven't been here in a while, get back, it's as good as you remember. First time trying? You love it. Ok, I love a good Philly cheesesteak and haven't always had good luck at Penn Stations. This time the young men cooking and preparing ours did an excellent job. I had specific instructions on how I like mine, and they listened perfectly. All of ours were done right, and perfect. Oh yeah, the fries were great, too. Well done, young men. Because the staff at this business deserves praise, I'm writing this review before I turn in for the night. door-dashing here made my night. What a lovely atmosphere, and it was so refreshing to go into a restaurant where the staff was polite, efficient, and motivated while wearing a smile. This place appeared to be well-maintained and had a tidy interior. Sadly, I was unable to partake of any of the meal, but judging from the amazing attitudes of the staff and the quick service, I'm sure it was delicious. Fantastic roast beef and onions! We eat there at least once a week with the kids. The kids love their French Fries!!

Ordered take out. Got two subs. They were hot and fresh and ready on time. Staff were friendly. We will definitely be back!

Stopped in this evening. Only customers and saw them put some fresh fries in the fryer. Excited to get fresh hot fries. Such a disappointment to open my bag once I'm home to realize I got old Luke warm fries. This is not the way to retain customers. The sandwich was hot and tasty. read more

I have three Penn Stations near me, and Aero Drive is the farthest of the three, but this is always my go-to PS. Today, I ordered and paid online and selected a specific pick-up time. The order was just being completed when I arrived, both sandwiches were exactly as ordered, and tasted great as always! Can't get much better than that! read more

I have to say upfront that I am a huge Penn Station Fan. The Italian is the best. However, depending on the monthly special, I sometimes get the deal as the sandwich comes with fries and a drink. I walked in today and saw the Philly Cheesesteak picture on the board, so I assumed it was the special. I ordered it and the person taking my order asked me if I wanted fries. I was very confused because I thought I was ordering the special. He told me there is no special this month. I think this is a first. I was extremely disappointed. Penn Station is promoting there connection with the Reds. I am in the store to eat not learn about your relationship with the Reds. If I am at the Reds game I love it that I can get a Penn Station Philly Cheesesteak, but that is a separate point. Get back to the monthly special, or I will go elsewhere. read more

11:40am Freakin cold in here. Nice staff. Quick to welcome and take order. Trying the monthly chicken parm and regular fries well done.

The music is too loud, everyone is talking through masks and apparently employees are unable to hear orders being placed. My girlfriends sandwich was wrong, okay no big deal so we drove back. After explaining that our order was wrong, they made it wrong a second time and also charged her a second time. This is unacceptable customer service, COVID-19 or not. read more

They shouldn't call this "East Coast Subs" because it's far better than any subs I've had on the East Coast. Philly Cheesesteak is so far and beyond any Philly-area cheesesteak that they should just rename that too. (Plus, nobody likes Philly.) My signature sandwich is the club. These guys are very consistent. I've been to this location an embarrassing number of times, and maybe only once or twice has the amount of sauce on my sandwich been slightly off. If you've read my Jersey Mike's review, then you know how much I love a good gourmet sub, and Penn Station does it right! I just love Penn Station's Philly Cheesesteak, it's got to be my favor-... but then again there's the Chicken Teryaki sub. Chicken, swiss cheese. Yeah that's my favor-... hmm but there's also the Chicken Cordon Bleu. With the chicken and ham and the fresh lettuce and tomato that's definitely my favor-... Dang it all! They're all my favorite! And they're fresh cut, fresh fried french fries are about the best you can get. This Penn Station is a little on the smallish side, so you'll want to get there early for lunch to get a seat. But even if you get there a little late, the wait will definitely be worth it! read more

I'm torn over how many stars to give. I love Penn Station and ate there religiously during college and have very fond memories . I moved back recently and came to this location. My first experience was a 5-star experience, excellent customer service and the quality of food was everything that I expected. However I came back the next day and it was a very different story, more of a 0-star experience. The guy at the register with long dreadlocks had a terrible attitude. At the register during checkout he wouldn't even look me in the eyes or speak to me like a human being. He definitely did not want to serve me and after I gave him my credit card, he gave it back to me and walked out from being the register to the dining area to watch basketball on TV. Well I was waiting for my receipt to print and after it did he never returned to the register. Despite me being very pleasant (I was in a great mood that day!!) and genuinely saying thank you, he just didn't respond. Instead he had the attitude that "I'm too cool for this job". Now I'm not sure if I should go back to this location... it's not even all that close to my house but I made the drive for my love of their food and the wonderful customer service I had received the day earlier. My feeling is that anyone who goes when this loser is working will have a bad experience despite paying good money for a sub sandwich. I would suggest going during the day and not at nighttime when this bozo works. That's all folks!!!! read more

Love their staff, know me by name, and what I get every time! they take their time to get to know their regulars, and they're very quick if you're on a lunch break If you're like me and can't handle a lot of salt, and you're getting fries make sure you tell them no salt!! (i'm not fond of the one that's a whole 2 miles closer to me.. I'd rather drive to where i'm known given friendly hellos/goodbyes/c-ya laters) then deal with kings auto-mall If you want friendly people, who joke with you (if you're one of their regulars) about what you're eating or just like watching them joke around with each other... Got a large cheesesteak sub to go at the Lebanon OH store. When I got home, all the cheese on the sub got stuck to the paper wrapping. Had to scrap off the cheese and try to put it back on the sub. Then I tried to eat the sub and it fell apart. I had to eat it with a fork. I have had good subs there when eating there. I will not order one to go again. read more

Most Penn Stations are pretty equal. This is a good location, because it has outside seating when the weather is nice. It does get VERY crowded during weekday lunch hours. read more

Always great but today was above and beyond. Dude with the dark hair and beard, you made it right even though I didn't mind waiting the extra two minutes, it's always worth the wait. Some idiot that works here didn't fill my small fry all the way. Disappointed in the staff however this location was clean. Looked like someone had their hands glued to the broom as their job. I did not bring a ruler with me but my 8" sandwich looked more like a 7.5" sandwich read more
