This was my first time having penn station and I was pleasantly surprised. Ordered on DoorDash and the food came quick. The bread started to get a little soggy on the bottom when I got it though. I ordered the veggie sub (made vegan) and fries

Big penn. I wasn't a fan of this sub. My boyfriend loved his philly cheese steak though.

I ordered the "big penn" sub and I wasn't too crazy about it. It was drenched in thousand island dressing. My boyfriend ordered the philly cheese steak and he loved it. They have amazing fries that are fried in peanut oil. If you go there you have to order the fries. The place was dirty when we went. The tables had napkins and drinks left by previous customers.

    Clifton street view.

Sometimes you just need a cheesesteak in Penn station is the best in the business. I came in here in the middle of the afternoon and no one was around so service is great, fries were hot, the sandwich was incredible. They do the classic cheesesteak better than anyone I've ever encountered. Not only that, but as I was digging into my fries, sandwich, and fresh squeezed lemonade, one of the guys working there brought me out of fresh baked chocolate chip cookie on the house. That's a good working lunch. I'm sure being on a college campus this place has spotty service times, but I had it on a Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock it was perfect.

Look closely to notice the ball of hair in my sandwich. DISGUSTING!

Its always well air conditioned in the summer and their water is ice cold. The sandwiches are usually delicious but I recently stopped in to try their Tea Time, took it to-go, and when I got home it was just really watery tzakiki and cucumbers. The menu description says there is goat cheese but that was nowhere to be found.. stick to the classics like the raclette sandwich and you won't be disappointed!

We had no idea what we were in for, but we sure were happy we stumbled upon this gem! The selection of cheeses is chef's kiss--so many varieties, all expertly curated, and the staff is happy to walk you through the options like they're your personal cheese concierge. The vibe? Cozy, welcoming, and totally unpretentious. It's one of those places where you can feel fancy without feeling like you're trying too hard. And don't even get me started on the wine pairings... If you're a fan of cheese (and who isn't?), this is definitely a spot you need to visit when in the area. Honestly, I'll be dreaming of that cheese board the next time I'm in Cincinnati, and you bet I'll be back! 10/10, highly recommend.

When my friend and I walked in, we were greeted by such a sweet staff who immediately welcomed us in, shared their thoughts on the menu (since we were first-timers), and suggested we leave a review (they were so lovely, so how could we not!) The entire restaurant feels like the diner Sam worked at in Cinderella Story from the early 2000s - very vintage, very retro, very 50s! It's what I imagine restaurants looking like when my grandparents went on dates when they were my age. I had gotten the tofu nugs via DoorDash, which were better IRL and the milkshake was scrumptious too! My friend got the Milkman Burger, fries, and a fruity pebbles shake. It was all great but let me tell ya...we had this meal almost two weeks ago and I'm STILL dreaming of those French fries. I have had so many iterations of fried potato before...shoestring, steak, wedges, sweet potato, those made from yuca, curly, dipped in ice cream, etc. and these are the best fries I've had in my life. If I could live off the fries, I would. They were that good. I already have plans to share this place with other friends of mine as it has officially worked its way into the rotation for me!

There is lots of seating with large bay windows with plenty of natural light. My husband and I absolutely love the food here. I involuntarily did a little happy dance after taking my first bite of shrimp and grits. I almost made the mistake of not ordering a biscuit- OMG the flaky goodness was unbelievable. We ended up ordering another so my husband could have his own! Apparently there was a miscommunication about our order and we actually ended up getting another biscuit for free on accident which vanished as quickly as the first and second! I also ordered a crème brûlée grapefruit which was a very pleasant sweet treat at the end of my meal. They even had an actual grapefruit spoon!! My husband ordered the Hash bowl which he first complemented its presentation. He noted that they were not stingy with the bacon. What he didn't notice at first was that under his eggs there was a well seasoned layer of sausage gravy. He rated it 5/5. He would definitely order it again! Overall we had a great experience and can't wait to come back!

We ordered: - Classic Omelette: So tasty!! Loved the cheeses especially. We also subbed the bacon for white cheddar. My mom wanted me to mention that the mushrooms were fresh/not canned lol. Came with a side of fried potatoes that were also great (mom especially loved them), though I felt they were on the saltier side. - Plain Biscuit: Mom loved it!!! - Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Latte: Solid - The B-Roll: I have yet to try this one, as we got it to-go lol.
