Weakest penn station sandwich I've had, so they even know how to put meat on some bread?

The Good: Bread and food are very good. Bread 5/5 and amount and quality of food put in bread 4/5. Lemonade is 5/5 The Bad: Penn Station should be renamed to "Tiny Tube Sub Shop" My sub (12" Club) was a 12" long egg roll. A lot smaller than expected, and it's a little over 10$ with tax. Expensive and you pay a lot for a little amount of food. Don't get me wrong, it was good, but didn't satisfy.

Store closes earlier than the hours listed in business information on their own door and online!

A friend took me to Penn Station the other day. I had an Italian sandwich. Seriously one of the best subs I've ever had. Very delicious!

Double charged for fries, wouldn't refund and didn't give two orders. Put wrong toppings on the sandwich

I went here soon after it opened. The cheesesteak was disgusting - tough meat, very little of it. Won't go back.

We visited on a Saturday morning for breakfast when most of our area was without power after some…read morebig storms rolled through. Admittedly our first choices were not open due to power outages. This is a new place that we have never noticed before. I believe this building used to house Theo and Stacey's and then Berries. The service was attentive and kind here, however our meals left us with a less than stellar opinion and a lack of desire to return. I can see from another reviews here that the owner says the food is mostly "house-made". I am not certain if this phrasing means the same thing as homemade, but none of our meals tasted at all homemade. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with the added option of eggs and potatoes for an extra $3. Nothing on my plate tasted homemade to my palate. The biscuits were not warm and tasted like a premade item, not like a fresh biscuit, at all. The gravy definitely had a canned taste and appearance - not flavorful or very warm. The eggs were fine, cooked to order. The breakfast potatoes did not look fresh cut and were undercooked and not seasoned as our waitress described. They definitely had a premade appearance. I have ordered biscuits and gravy all over this town, I'm not a rookie in this field. ;) My son ordered a Benedict. It was very basic, as expected, but with a bland, cold sauce. My husband ordered an omelet with the breakfast potatoes and toast. If you order sourdough toast it only comes with one piece, which is fine, but it's not true sourdough from a fermented starter. It appeared to be regular, thin bread from a packaged, pre-made loaf. He also commented that the potatoes appear to be out of a frozen bag, not a homemade appearance, taste, or flavor. The omelet was bland but they do provide salt and pepper as well as one hot sauce choice to flavor things up a bit. The coffee was very diner-esque. Lacking in flavor and strength. However our waitress kept our cups full and warm! There were a couple of larger groups present which kept the atmosphere quite loud during our visit. However the restaurant is cute and has quite a few tables to hold a good sized amount of patrons at once. With a tip our total for 3 breakfast entrees and two coffees was just shy of $60. I know that prices are on the higher side these days, but this was extremely disappointing for the food that we were served. There are so many wonderful breakfast restaurants in our area - another choice might benefit both the tastebuds and wallet! I try to be kind but honest in my reviews here, two stars is generous.

We stopped for breakfast after the Kalamazoo Zeigler run. The food was excellent, we had pancakes…read moreand eggs Benedict which was perfectly made. The server was attentive, sweet, couldn't have been nicer. It's no frills, prices are reasonable and highly recommended over surrounding hotel options.
