Penn Station is one of my favorites when I'm craving a hot sub. I always order the the Artichoke Sub and it never disappoints! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has been clean every time I go, but I just don't care for the lighting. I utilized the rewards program and got a free fry. We come whenever we don't have our kids with us. The subs are too pricey for me to pay for just turkey on it for them! read more

My wife and I ate at this Penn Station on Ety Rd. In Lancaster this evening and the restaurant was filthy. All the tables, the floor and even the basket that my sub came out in was sticky. It was disgusting. I will never go back. read more

Seems like every time I go to this or honestly any Penn station I tell him every time I want it cold I don't know what ever became the obsession with a warm sub sandwich. I will never understand unless it's like a Philly cheesesteak or something like that, but an Italian sandwich warm is the most disgusting thing in the world and yet every time I seem to get one from here if I don't pay attention, they've grilled the damn sub. I don't know if it's incompetent laziness but I'm just tired of it charging eight dollars for a small sub to then have it grilled and can't eat it. read more

We ordered a simple turkey/provolone and a classic Italian sub. Neither came with tomato and the turkey didn't have lettuce either! The basic items that actually come with the subs. The Italian sub was ordered with extra banana peppers and there were 2 freaking pepper slices on the entire LARGE sub. Overpriced food that isn't even prepared properly! This has got to be the worst Penn Station anywhere! My husband and I came on a Sunday afternoon around 3:30. We were the ONLY customers in the restaurant. We ordered our food and the girl at the register tried to cheat my husband out of his change which she did end up giving him after realizing she was wrong. We go to sit down and not ONE clean table in the entire place. Mind you we were the ONLY people there. I asked for a clean wet rag to wipe down tables because I'd rather do it myself than to sit in someone else's mess. Girl was super rude and worst part was no one ever did come and clean any tables the entire time we were there. Good thing they have a decent product because that's the only reason I'll come back. But it most definitely won't be to this location!!!! read more

We've stopped in to this Penn Station several times while visiting the in laws in Lancaster. PS is nestled in a newly built shopping center with Aspen Dental and a few other stores. The times that we've been here the staff have been very friendly and the food was very good as well. Never had a bad experience here!! read more

I love this place! I've yet to try a sandwich that wasn't just yummy and the fries are awesome to boot. They never fail to make any adjustment to your sandwich you ask for and they are always friendly. Did I mention the fries are awesome?!?! If I had written my review the first visit then I'd be giving this place a 5 star waiting....however my second visit was not very good at all. We went about 30 minutes before close. Which isn't always fun for the staff, I know that. However as a manager at a restaurant I would never let an employee make sure the guest knows we close soon and pretty much push us out the door at the exact time you close! Plus the sandwiches were not very hot or put together very well. Very disappointing after the great first visit we had. I'm not sure if we will ever go back now. read more

I've had one bad experience at this location. One time i made my order, and the gentleman at the register informed me that their credit card machine was down. Instead if doing the right customer service thing, he did NOT give me my already made food which probably just got thrown out, and i left with an empty stomach. Worst part was, I found my debit card WAS charged! read more
