The place was full of spiders and webs not clean and missing the front doorknob. In 3 months I lost hot water 5x...Toilet repair requests 6x and still doesn't flush. The mailbox doesn't shut. I have been feeling sick and come to find out there is mold. The apartment flooded and no one answered calls. I called 5x to the hotline, text manager with pics 2x no reply until 130pm the next day to tell me the city was coming out and that was a lie. Nothing was done. I was told a plumber will be out tomorrow but tomorrow is New Years Eve so sure that's a lie as well...The water is off in the building because if anyone uses it it floods my place. They have no sense of urgency with tenets. They do not respond to emails or calls. There is an emergency number for weekends for no reason because no one will come . You figure If I call saying my place is flooded that's an emergency....no you call the nxt day at 130pm. WTF! Bet they call when that rent don't hit....or try to evict after the city inspector gets here....I here if you tell on them they want you gone....
