Mr. Pennington came to my mom's house to look at a window that seemed to be locked shut and wouldn't slide open. Turns out the lock is probably starting to go, but he showed us how to get it open and said he would wait to replace it. Didn't charge us for the visit. He also called back a little later and suggested we call the manufacturer because the windows have a lifetime warranty. So when the lock does break, we shouldn't need to pay for a new one. One of our windows broke in the corner and we were in a bind to get it fixed. We called and were told that they could walk us through to take our window out so we could take it in to them so they could charge us less but I decided to have them come out because I didn't want to break the window more. (But how nice of the company to offer that to save me money!) Mike was the employee who came to my home and he was very professional and was very quick to repair the window. He showed up about 2 hours after I called and spoke with he company. (It was supposed to be an hour dispatch but the spelling was incorrect on my street address. Shit happens) It took him about 10 minutes to fix my broken window. I had mentioned the lock on my sliding glass door being janky and he also replaced the lock and then went above and beyond and fixed the wheel so my door would slide open easier! (Didn't charge me for fixing the wheel). It was one of the best and nicest experiences I have had as a homeowner. I feel that Mike and the company as a whole were very professional. I needed to replace our window screens and needed new sliding glass screens, Les came out, measured the windows and gave me a reasonable estimate in 30 minutes. He also offered to clean up after the sliding glass door company that had just replaced our sliding glass door earlier that morning. It took them less than a week to order the screens and install them. Les was so kind and a great personality. Spoke with Less this morning and it was a very unpleasant phone call. He was yelling and speaking over me the entire time. I have an issue with my sliding patio door. The sliding door is on the outside and even though this is a minor issue it has cause safety hazards in my home. There is only one way to fix it, I told him repeatedly I understand what needs to happen I will get in contact with my property management to discuss if it can happen but Less repeatedly told me I am not listening only because it's an answer I don't want to hear. I asked to speak to his higher up due to how he was speaking to me and he stated clearly I wasn't listening as he has already told me he's the owner there is no higher up. I stated that's fine I will up. After the call was disconnected I got a text from him advising that if I write a review he will be suing me and telling my property management that I was threatening him. Even though this job was to be done through property management and I did not choose this vendor on my own I still believe the way he spoke to me should be relayed as I hope no other costumers have or will experience this treatment from him. read more

We discussed all windows in the house and determined that there are windows we don't use. He said, no sens putting screens up if you don't open these windows! After work was completed, I went over to inspect and can testify to poor workmanship including rubber glass seal not wrapping around the entire glass window frame.
