Lobby is comfortable to grab a cup of coffee and start my morning. Reading other reviews with complaints, I do disagree. I didn't find parking particularly confusing at all. It's a multipurpose facility so there are two lots - but it's not that difficult to navigate (I'm baffled by the extreme confusion people had). My fridge was a good size, and worked. All the staff we dealt with here have been so polite and friendly. To complain about no food on site? Not all hotels offer food. Many times we've been in hotels as tournament families and our start time is too early to even hit hotel breakfast when offered. I check what's available and bring stuff if needed. It's just part of being prepared. And yes, I brought what we needed here - not a big deal. Very happy to stay here again, nothing to complain about!

My first stay here and the hotel fell below my expectations. Please check your rooms and take…read morepictures upon arrival as they charge a hold for incidental on your card. You don't want to be charged for a previous guest damages. There are a laundry list of things that needs to be addressed. 1. Hotel room was small. For a sports complex where families is traveling the standard queen room didn't offer a pullout couch and the beds were the size of a full size mattress. 2. The beds were hard 3. Furniture was date and worn 4. Pictures on wall missing 5. Office chair was ripped and turn to shreds. 6. Desk had splinters sticking out 7. Recliner had damage 8. Wall had damage 9. Arcades and games was not working. 10. All the courts in the back gym is horrible 11. Lego flooring that is coming apart and missing tape to keep them secure which poses a safety hazard for kids playing on those mats. 12. The courts were dirty and had not been swept the entire weekend. 13. Half of the Officials were horrible. Didn't care to control the game for safety of kids so much spectators and ref was arguing during live game and now more calls were missed. 14 . Limited food options 15. Parking was crazy. Even as a hotel guest, folks were parking in hotel side which left no parking available for staying guest 16. Only 1 sit down restaurant on site. Food was salty 17. When shared my stay with manager, no accommodations were made. I was only told, yeah we are trying to update all the rooms and they haven't reached mines yet. Also, they were aware of my room damages but you still failed to put a guest in that room after paying $245 per night after being told a hold of $50 per night for incidentals was being added. I was told a kid kicked the ball into the wall and knocked down picture a few weeks ago. 18. You need a key card to turn on the electricity and refrigerator in the room. W/o it electricity doesn't work. 19. Food in food court looked old and dry. It appeared they were not properly checking the food temperature in hot food section of the food court. 20. Tickets are sold as daily entry. No weekend passes The only good thing was being on-site of the venue. A guest stay away from home is to make them feel at home when they are away. I felt the total opposite. I would rather stay where I am comfortable than convenient. Oh PS! I asked to replace that desk chair in my room and all they did was removed that problem and swapped it in another room...smh The warehouse you all have got to do better.

We stayed in the Courtney Room which was on the second floor. It was a small room but it was perfect for us! It was right off a shared living room but lucky for us, no one was in that room! The B&B was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown. We ended up walking to dinner and then did a mini-pub crawl! When we arrived "home" later in the evening, there were some fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting for us! We really enjoyed them and even took some up to the room for later! The next morning we woke to find coffee in the living room at 7am. The coffee from Whiff Roasters was to die for! Breakfast was served later in the dining room and it was delicious! Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend the Lititz House Bed & Breakfast!!

Excellent accommodations, friendly proprietors, not too in your face…read more First of all, let me preface this by telling you I usually don't like B&Bs. There's nothing that annoys me more than B&B operators who feel they have to be so nice and helpful that they smother you. The Lititz House wasn't like this at all. John and Heidi, the owners, made us feel like we were visiting friends, but were very professional and competent at the same time. Not an easy trick to pull off. The rooms were cozy, with bathrooms for all. Keeping in mind this is a 100 year old house, the retrofitting is mostly seamless. A couple of the bathrooms were on the small side, but no smaller than your own house. Breakfast was excellent, and the coffee and juices are a standout. (I know that sounds silly, but they were fantastic)

Just finished a six night stay…read more We stayed in large room. It had two queens and a pullout. There was a desk area. Also had a small microwave and small fridge. The room felt dark-with decor in particular. Breakfast every morning. Had your typical breakfast- waffle maker waffles, cereal, bagels, eggs, a breakfast meat, yogurt, fruit, juices. They also had coffee that was out 24/7. Has a small indoor pool and a nice exercise room. Hershey Park during summer months have concerts that you can hear from the sound from your room. So if you go to bed early this may be an important factor. Rooms didn't really have a refresh. I was lucky if trash was taken out and we got new towels without asking. Not a bed made once. I miss those days of coming back to a nicely made bed. I guess those days are long gone? Also, the week we were there lots of kids which were running around the lobby like it was a playground. Overall my stay was okay. I might book here again if I was in the area but I would also consider a different spot as well.

I would like to preface this review with the fact that I have been in service my entire life,…read moreincluding managing a hotel myself. I currently work for American Airlines at the Charlotte Douglas Airport. The front desk agent Matt - caused me to walk away from a prepaid reservation and pay to stay at the Hilton Hershey property instead. Which was amazing, by the way! I had a reservation for 6/15, and had called the week before to reconfirm an early check in. After working my 8-9-hour shift, I drove over 7 hours straight to Hershey PA to take my elderly mother to a concert at Hershey Stadium. Once arriving at the Fairfield, Matt brusquely replied that I did not have a reservation. I explained to him that a Marriott Vacation Club Member had gifted me the room and it was registered in my name as well as theirs. He then "found it" and told me there would be no early check in although I had confirmed, and I would have to wait until after 4pm. Mind you it is 11am, and at this point I have been awake well over 24 hours and am feeling faint. He was so nasty, I took a step back to take a calming breath. He was then so rude to the next lady (in front of her children as well) that she exclaimed "is this how you treat Marriott Bonvoy Members? WOW!" I knew I was unable to reason with this individual, and I was too exhausted to escalate the issue. So, I simply left and took my business elsewhere. I called today after some thought on the matter, hoping to give grace, and it was Matt who answered the phone. He was disdainful, snide, would not provide me with the GM's name or email and disconnected the call. I called Marriott Bonvoy myself and got the information I needed. Matt is ABSOLUTELY NOT the person Guests should EVER see and interact with upon entering a Marriott property. A welcoming smile and spirit of kindness is necessary in our industry. Matt has none of these qualities. Like I relayed to Corporate, Matt is most definitely a cause of loss of revenue for this location. On a more positive note, Zira and Melisa at The Hampton Inn Hershey saved the day! Highly recommend!!!
