The owner spent almost an hour with me a week prior to pickup to talk about the arragnement including what color flowers, price and size of the arrangement. He wrote in a spiral notebook and added me to the computer system. As requested, I called and left a detailed message but never heard back. I even received a text message saying that they would call me back - the owner claimed it was an AI error. When I went to pick up the arrangement - there was no arragement - and the owner acted like he had never seen me before. In my grief, I lashed out and eventually apologized. What is mind blowing is that the owner could not admit his mistake. Clearly he had messed up and the appropriate thing to do would have apologized. Instead he said the customer is NEVER right and threw us out of the store.

Guests commented on the beautiful flowers over and over again. The owner, Mike, has a well-developed clientele in the area so you can get lots of references. He also has a small team of perfectionist, creative artists backing him up. He's super talented, so much so that when my daughter-in-law became overwhelmed with all the wedding planning she finally just said to him that she had this much money and she wanted these colors and these flowers and she would trust his artistic talents with the rest. Well, not only was that a burden off all our shoulders and one less thing to worry about, Mike did not fail to come through! The arrangements were nothing less than breathtaking. He also went to the trouble to make gorgeous magnolia garlands for the two fireplaces in the hall and bedecked them with little lights - so subtle and lovely. Once we turned everything over to him, we never worried about it again and he was completely thorough on the wedding day, taking care of all things floral in a most professional manner. An employee came up and helped us figure out which ones were cat safe as well! When we checked out Olivia helped us make our little flower arrangements come to life, definitely talented . It was n out expensive as we thought and they offer extra wrapping for 5 dollars which we chose to do! The inside space is also pretty cool and open, well spaced. They also offer premade bouquets and some in vases. Id go again for the next event when i'm in the area!
