For two extremely hot days, they worked silently and without a break! The least I could do was offer lunch and drinks. Though the crew spoke little English, communication was not an issue. The universal language of gestures, smiles and expressions worked very well! Nothing was left to chance. Each dish was individually wrapped and secured, furniture wrapped and blanketed. For a top of the line move, we were charged an unbelievable fee! We have lived all over the world and our company used a very expensive mover. The service I got was as good if not better. Was looking to get a full move out/in service and the prices where so high that I decided to move it all myself (would have never work). I rented a Uhaul truck and then they offer you to add moving help. I'm usually sceptical about the lowest price option and especially when you read reviews about the low priced services, you see how many of them either showed up hours late or never showed up, which was my biggest fear... Something told me that though they had the lowest price that you could never beat, they will also deliver a good service. And sure enough, it started by them confirming via text the same night I booked and following up the day after to schedule the move. Communication was great and they confirmed the day before as well. that already made me feel better! I've booked 2 man for 3 hours. The morning of the move, they showed up right on time, and not only that they were on time, instead of 2 people, 4 people showed up!!! No extra charge but double the manpower (don't know if that's a regular thing or not, but it was sure a pleasant surprise). They got to work right away, had a very good attitude and all in all made the move so much easier. I underestimated the amount of things that we had and the amount of things you can fit in a 10ft uhaul truck, so we ended up having to do 2.5 truck loads to the new place (10 min ride) so we finished the job in 3 hours and 25 minutes so I gladly paid the extra hour (if you go over the time you have to pay in 1 hour increments) and added a nice tip. Those guys made this move so much better and stress free, I could not have asked for better help. DON'T THINK TWICE!!! book them for your move!
