After that he helped me get a plan to put my car on a trailer so we could get it home. He helped us along with a lot of the other employees there to roll my truck onto the trailer and secure it. They all did this very professionally and were all super kind and thoughtful throughout the whole experience. The process to rent the flat bed was made super easy by the person working at the front desk. Alexsis was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. The rerun of the trailer was also very easy, there was a lot of trailers and trucks in the way and one of the employees offered to get in and back it in for us. Overall 10/10 experience, everyone was very kind, knowledgeable and experienced.

Truck we rented has bumper falling off and was not clean on the inside after being reported as such. Two bottles on the ground. Dirt in the back. Do not take your business here, they will take your money and offer you little quality.

So we drive a 100 miles to get the truck early as hell in the morning so we get there when they opened since she had previously stated they will give it away by noon even tho our reservation was for noon. We need the truck so we comply and when we get there there Kenyatta says that she never received the certificate of insurance ( later I was showed proof that she did) and after sitting there for 2 more hours getting insurance verbiage corrected on the policy she then has an issue with my credit card and instead of just holding the deposit on the credit card she wants to hold the whole amount. I get my father's credit card which was told by the other reps while getting the card number it was ok but upon telling her she cannot accept his card because he's not renting. Meanwhile there's thousands of dollars in my business acct but my credit card limit will only cover the deposit. What's the point of having my own full coverage insurance on the truck, they have insurance on the truck they have the business acct with more than enough in it but you need my cc to cover it too?! I should have known when I got there and she said she didn't have the insurance that she was giving me the run around and probably was trying to keep the truck for herself or someone she knows since they are so scarce right now and she was so keen to tell me about her own business she owns. Thanks to the system being down, Latoya and Kristin were not able to check customers in using their computers. Kristin was so kind to use her very own cell phone to check customers in so that business would run as usual. Once the ladies got me all checked in, i was given my truck and keys and off we went. They were so nice and kind and the computer issues were understood. I found it amazing that they didn't stop to sweat over the computers but they found a 'work around' and continued working! Way to go Kristin & Latoya! In regards to the truck, it drove great! They have parking next door that you can utilize so you can leave your car parked with them while you take the rental truck.

They tried to rent me a U-Haul with a gas cap that was broken off so it was sealed shut, impossible…read moreto open. The U-Haul only had 20 miles left until it was completely empty. ( because no one could open it) On the day I had to move in 95 degree heat I had to scramble for three hours to find a usable truck. I was behind my entire move. It was very nice to be served by someone who was personable and wanted to make sure we got what we needed.
