Thanks to the system being down, Latoya and Kristin were not able to check customers in using their computers. Kristin was so kind to use her very own cell phone to check customers in so that business would run as usual. Once the ladies got me all checked in, i was given my truck and keys and off we went. They were so nice and kind and the computer issues were understood. I found it amazing that they didn't stop to sweat over the computers but they found a 'work around' and continued working! Way to go Kristin & Latoya! In regards to the truck, it drove great! They have parking next door that you can utilize so you can leave your car parked with them while you take the rental truck.

First was in town and the truck and service was great! The second, well service still great but the truck was going out of town so it was pretty rough! Could barely do 70 on the interstate. Not as awful as U-Haul…read more The location itself is pretty bad. There is no parking at all and they give you a huge runaround if you need to leave a car. I confirmed 3 times in advance that the parking situation would not be an issue, but then the day of my pickup it turned into a giant issue. There is one employee who is super nice and helpful, but everyone else wasn't great. The office staff are trying to run 2 business out of one small location, so it can feel like they're too busy to deal with you. They forgot to include moving blankets that I had ordered and paid for. My friend drove all the way back to get the moving blankets and she said the employee was snarky about it. The truck was clean and practically new. It only had 14,000 miles on it!

I use that word very lightly, because he wasn't helpful at all. It took over 30 mins to pick up the truck that I had reserved online. He was completely rude and wasn't in a rush to help at all! Coming here, you better not be in a rush, because he moves at his own pace. Not only was the gas tank empty (contract said it was 3/4 full) but I had to go inside and grab my own dollies that we supposed to be in my rental. Then later that day I called to get some questions answered and he was completely rude on the phone. I will never use this place again. There are way too many other places around, that want your business!
