The pizza took around 30 minutes to prepare, which I assume was a little longer simply because it's a Saturday night. The pizza has a sweeter sauce, which is pretty common for our area. The ratio of cheese and pepperoni is perfect, in my opinion. T-County has some tough competition when it comes to pizza, but South Philly is definitely high up in the rankings! If you're looking for a slice in the New Phila area, this is one of the spots to hit up.

I'm not sure if it exactly qualifies as "Brooklyn" but it definitely has that feel. They also use incredibly fresh ingredients, which I appreciate. The service is very nice, and the pizza is usually ready in a fairly quick manner. My only complaint is that is is fairly expensive for pizza, so I can't indulge as often; however, I think it's a suitable price given the superb quality.

He had the same complaints about the taste except that his pizza crust appeared to be literal heels of loaves of bread which was smothered with bland sauce, sprinkled with pepperoni then had the yellow cheese dropped randomly on his "pizza".
