Walked in on a Friday morning, got an appointment for an eye exam in the next half hour or so. Got the eye exam for 40 and lenses for 70 plus some more for the frames I picked out ( which were discounted ). Better yet, I get my glasses the same day in which I was in dire need of. I'm not a customer here but walked in to fix my bent Ray-Ban sunglasses. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful in providing immediate assistance without trying to sell me anything or asking if I was an existing customer (which I'm not). The sales person ensured that the fixed sunglasses fit perfectly and only asked if there's anything I need in the future to come back. Nothing like great customer service with a smile. Come here for the best customer service of your life!  They are SO helpful and nice. I came in looking to spend  around what my insurance would cover and was  shown several options, even pairs I would never consider but leave it to the experts! They are out of network but no problem- can you believe they filled out the form for reimbursement for me AND gave me an addressed envelope?!! they make life so easy.   When I came to pick up my glasses they were showing this guy how to put in contacts for the first time and they are so incredibly patient. I also love how they took the time to really fit my glasses to my face, not just a "here are your glasses, hope they fit". This is a gem hidden in plain sight. I visit the plaza almost every week for groceries and didn't think much about this shop. I'm thoroughly impressed by the selection and customer service. The store carries a huge range that includes top brands. The prices are very fair, and everyone is knowledgeable. The only issue is that they are out of network for most (all?) insurers, but their pricing made it worthwhile for me. read more

Their selection of frames is large and very fashionable, and they keep them in stock at the store, which means fast service! Normally I go to places that will send my new glasses in a week, but here the entire process of choosing glasses, having my vision checked, and receiving new prescription glasses took only around an hour. So impressed with this business! Based on the very positive reviews on Yelp, I decided to give this place a try. I already had a prescription from my ophthalmologist, so I just needed to select some eyeglass frames. I was a walk-in and was greeted warmly as I entered the store. Within a couple of minutes, John was assigned to me to assist in my frames selection. During the process of choosing frames, John was very helpful. They have a fantastic, comprehensive selection, so it took a while, but John never made me feel rushed. As we looked at the frames, we had an on-going dialogue regarding frame material, shape and size, until I ultimately made a decision. When discussing lens quality and other variables, John was very informative and thorough. They are very exacting when they are measuring frames in order to facilitate a successful result.
