This place has a wonderful selection of frames. I have a small face and it's pretty hard to find a place that has a broad number of really nice frames that actually fit me correctly. My correction is very severe and I wear progressives, so not every shape will work for me. I was helped in the process by Mariel, who was professional, friendly and skilled. It was so sweet that she was just as excited as I was when we found just the right choice for me. The turnaround time to get the finished glasses was very good. My wife discovered this store and we are so happy. She special ordered a frame she had been searching for. It's her favorite pair of prescription lenses and she looks great in them. I recently purchased some Jacques Marie Mage sunglasses from here as well. This is the only retailer in Orange County that offers this brand that only makes their frames in small runs. I love this place. The selection of designer frames here is the best around. I bought a pair of Sospiri frames here 4 years ago from the designer himself (who was visiting) and the service was impeccable. Fast forward to this Fall 2020 and my husband and I both bought new frames. David worked with us and he was completely buttoned up for COVID - helped us choose frames we loved and completed perfect transition lens placement for us both. He was friendly, patient (we had our child with us) and communicated via email about pickups without delay - AND he even sent my earlier designer glasses back to the designer to get a couple rhinestones reset which had fallen out for no extra charge. I came in here on a whim and asked David (I believe) if he would be able to fix my Tom Ford sunglasses which I accidentally sat on. He was so incredibly nice and offered to try to fix them for me the best he could. I was so happy when he informed me he was able to save and fix my (very pricey!) sunglasses! Even though I didn't purchase these sunglasses here he gladly fixed them for me for free! If I could give them a negative review I would. Giving them a 1 star is too high! I purchased a pair of Chanel Sunglasses with denim on the sides. After wearing them I realized they burn my skin, the denim is harsh and when rubbed against your skin it burns your skin like a razor burn. I originally purchased them from the Las Vegas store which I give a 5 star review. Everyone at the Vegas store is so helpful and always trying to accommodate me. When I tried to exchange them, they refused to take it back saying they can only make an exchange within a week!!! These glasses were shipped to me last week but they still refused! I spent close to $600.00 on a pair that burns my ears and they refused to exchange it. I'm not sure how this company is even in business with this type of policy. Not sure who owns this company but they need to know this behavior is unacceptable and they won't last if they keep it up. read more

Visited this store a few times over a couple years and have bought two pairs of sunglasses here. First, the selection of high end sunglasses in extensive and well curated. Im particular so usually have trouble finding anything that Im excited about. There always seem to be multiple options here and the two pair I did buy I didnt see anywhere else and are the best Ive owned. More importantly, I find the service to be exceptional. Both visits I worked with Jason - very thoughtful, normal, non-sales agressive demeanor. Remembered who I was after a year and easily knew what frames might work best. This was an astoundingly unprofessional group, particularly David. When I bought a pair of sunglasses from him, I specifically asked if I could return it. He said yes. He then couldn't figure out how to process my credit card payment, and told me he'd send the receipt later. I decided the glasses were too heavy and went back to return them. I was stunned when Mariel said they don't take returns. After some discussion, she finally agreed to refund me but again couldn't figure out how to do it. She said she'd call me. She then calls me hours later and said they are still trying to figure it out. SHE TOOK ALL MY CREDIT CARD INFO, which made me feel really unsafe. She said David would work on it the next day and call to update me. He never called. When I called to get an update, he first acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and then was a condescending douche about it. This is supposed to be a high end optometry, a professional establishment, not a sunglass hut with egoistic Millennial staff who act like they get hourly minimum wage. read more

They have a nice selection of frames. BUT, they have had to do my prescription twice and it is still not right. I asked for a refund on the prescription but they said they would redo it again, the third time. I just do not have the time for this. Although I like their selection, I just threw away a bunch of money on the lens and will need to go back to my doctor to get the correct lens. read more

The experience to find the frame was good. However, they broke the frame during the adjustment. No update in past two weeks. I finally called today and was told need another 2-3 weeks. I think two weeks should be enough to ship a frame here from most places on earth which can manufacture a $500 frame. I am kind of frustrated and give 1 star for now.
