Less than 48 hours after I got my car the battery exploded! I called and Tina told me they would cover tow and not charge diagnostics. It it turned out to not be something they had done, I would have to pay the tow. They didn't cover the tow. They have had my car for 10 days. They sent a message asking if we wanted them to replace the battery. I called and wanted to make sure everything came back fine and if they had figured out what caused the battery to explode, because I didn't want it to happen again. Marcus said they had tested everything and the only issue was the battery. We go to pick it up and Tina says they have tested NOTHING and after I replace the battery they would run diagnostics for $185.

While bringing it in for it's first oil change we were told all 4 tires seeded replaced because the alignment was off which was ridiculous because the car hadn't been driven that much and should have been properly aligned when purchased. Then the vehicle was basically sitting for a year because I had health issues and couldn't drive. A couple months ago we got a nail in a back tire. We brought it in a couple weeks ago to have that tire replaced and was told that the other back tire (which is basically brand new) also needed replaced because of it was cupped due to bad alignment. This vehicle hasn't been driven hardly at all so it wasn't from normal usage. This car has something wrong with the suspension or something because the tire wear IS NOT NORMAL. And now there is something wrong with the electrical system. This car is a 2019 with low mileage and we have already replaced 5 tires, NOT counting the tire that had a nail in it. Now it is sitting in our garage with the check engine light on and will not start. This is a 2019 Jeep Compass that we paid around $25,000 for less than 2 years ago. It's a lemon. We have put around 8500 miles on this car since October 2023 And I never said we spent $10,000 on repairs. I said that is what we will be out if we trade it in because the trade in value is low.

When I'm in person, everyone is super friendly and helpful. But, if I don't go in to the dealership - nothing gets taken care of, or even addressed. On SEVEN separate occasions my phone call was not returned when being told "we'll get right back to you" I sent an email detailing my experiences, which was not returned.. but when I went in to the dealership "we got your email" oh ok it just wasn't important enough to acknowledge or reply until I randomly walk in? I was denied a loaner vehicle for 60 days ("none available") but I was told 3 separate times that "one is being returned this week and we will get it to you" Nothing happened until I walked into the dealership and made a big deal about it. And guess what...? Drove away with a loaner that day. I was offered an apology from the service manager when I picked up the loaner, but that's it. 3 weeks later my car is done. They forgot to program the proxy key to my driver's door but I don't even want to take it back until I can be without it for 2 weeks because that's probably how long I'll be without it.. Hopefully it's just a case of poor organization and prioritizing - which can be fixed

My cousin asked me if I could drive their Chevy Camaro over here to get the back tires replaced. The tires were a special order and he had been notified that they had just come in. So of course I was more than happy to help out (did I mention it's a Camaro SS, ha!). I arrived at 8:30. The employee who checked me in was friendly and professional. He took my information and the keys to my car. Within 10 minutes they had the car in one of their work bays starting on the tire replacements. The waiting area was clean, consisting of 8 chairs in a "U" arrangement facing an HDTV. The showroom displayed the various tires they carried which included Michelin, Yokohama, Firestone, Uniroyal, and BF Goodrich - a nice selection and great quality tires. 30 minutes later the car was done, paperwork complete, keys returned, and I was back on the road. The bald tires had been replaced and the new BF Goodrich 275/40R20's tires looked and rode great (not to mention the safety factor). If you're in the market for new tires, I would recommend you check this place out.
