There have been three occasions where we had to bring a car back because something was done improperly. (Tire bolts not tightened properly, oil pan not fastened, brakes squealing after repair) Each time it was blamed on training new technicians and management was properly apologetic. However this many failures tells me there is a problem with oversight and it's unacceptable to have to go out of our way to bring a vehicle back to correct carelessness. I ended up taking my Audi Q5 to a Import specialist and they indicated the issue was a bad fuel injector. They were able to take care of the repair in short order. They also told me that previous work done by Woodies wasn't done correctly and they had to do it over. They talk about their quality of service and their ASE certified mechanics and their belief in Customer Service and treating you like family. That was not my experience.
