I bought 4 new tires installed and an alignment. A few days later, I noticed that one of the tires was the wrong brand tire. I called and they told me to bring it back and they would fix it. I asked if I needed an appointment and they said no, just bring it in. Qhen I went there they told me Noone was available to change the tire and I needed to wait. I worked all day now I'm sitting here waiting for them to find the time to fix their mistake. Horrible customer service. read more

I'm updating my review. My Honda Accord broke down to improperly installed / loose passenger side cv axle. Service manager Onix @ Vineland location took care of me and paid my towing bill and didn't charge me for replacement part, due to their negligence. Thank you so much for caring, making sure I was safe and correcting the problem!! You went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. Other shops would've probably dismissed my problem, saying they're not at fault, but you guys cared! My car is now running/driving perfectly. I'm very happy. Excellent job!! Not helpful , overpriced, doesn't stay true to scheduling. overall just made getting my oil changed more stressful than needed. only good thing that came out of it is that I'm going to learn how to change my own oil to not deal with this bullshit. read more

Went in to get my low and high beam bulbs switched out to LED bulbs. they only did the low beams but still charged me for all four. they were obviously rushing to close early since I arrived early but I did confirm that I needed all 4 bulbs changed and the new ones were on the dashboard. waste of time because I now have to go back and wait for them to finish the job I already paid them for. read more

Had an appointment at 8am this morning, I only needed one tire swapped out which I had road hazard for. I called the day before to confirm I would be out by 9am due to me having another appointment and they said for one tire no problem. When I got there this morning the manager told me it would be 3 hours since they only have one mechanic and there were 4 cars ahead of me. I again told him I had an appointment and he said first come first serve. Ridiculous! What's the point of making an appointment? After going back and forth with the manager he then told me it was going to be 4 hours. So just because I made a valid point about appointments, you're now being petty and saying it's going to take longer! When I asked for his name he refused and had his tag covered on his shirt. I've been coming to this store for decades. Recently, I had some bulbs burn out in various parts of my headlamps. I couldn't have asked for more reasonable or good service. I had to wait but I did call to make an appointment before I came and was told then that would probably happen. Other customers made the wait very entertaining! The mechanics kept me abreast of everything they were doing on my car. At one point they encountered a small problem and asked me to come back and see if I could help them. I need more work done but assured me it was not an emergency and parts need to be ordered. The best part...they only charged me for the cost of several bulbs, though they worked on my car for about an hour. I remember one mechanic was named OZ. I'm surprised at the negative reviews. Honestly I am so tired of going to mechanics who lie and are lazy. I simply needed my tire plugged because there was a nail in it. I made a reservation and they had my car for over an hour to call me and say they can't fix it because the nail has went too far into the tire. They never even took the nail out to know how big the nail was...I bought my own plugs and did it at home within 5 mins...the nail was TINY..maybe an inch. They simply just didn't feel like doing their job and instead wanted to suggest I get new tires, but Ofcourse they didn't have the tires. read more

I had an appointment to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. I got there at 2 pm and I didn't get out of there till 4:15 pm over 2 hours to install 4 tires and I had an appointment. I spent over 2 hours in a store with no air conditioning. But after I paid I was told I needed brake pads and probably rotors. So next day I drove to my dealership and they checked the brakes. They told me I DID NOT need brake pads or rotars. So what did I learn? STAY FAR AWAY FROM PEP BOYS. read more
