Order at the counter from a menu of a few dozen Mexican meals, plus hamburgers, and cheeseburgers, and then find your seat and the food is brought to you shortly after. Judging by the amount of Spanish spoken while I waited to order--both by customers and staff--the recipes here must be fairly authentic. The lunch special of the day was a good value with three street tacos, (chicken) plus rice and refried beans. I found the chicken and the rice to be bland, but salsa improved both. It was a good portion at a reasonable price, and the former fast food restaurant was comfortable though they were only a few chairs and tables for indoor dining. It seemed to many people were using takeout. There's also a drive-through.

Everything was big, juicy and great tasting. Service was quick and friendly, and the outdoor seating was very comfortable. The Horchata wax actually too big to finish. It's like a 32oz. cup. And it's one of the best Horchata flavors I've had in quite a while. The girl actually scooped it from a large 5 gallon tub. You can tell it's authentic that way. My burrito (steak) was really good, but the steak was not distributed evenly. Half the burrito was lacking meat and the other half was a plethora of meat. Not complaining though; just an observation. Walked into the sounds of tejano music, so cool! Two seating areas, we chose the bar side, with the festively decorated bar.
