the treats were alright for the price besides the fact that they charged my friend for a size large when i ordered and received a small, but I genuinely couldnt enjoy them because i couldnt get past the way my friend and I were treated in here, I felt so uncomfortable I couldn't even eat my treats in there, we left immediately after getting our order. We tried interacting with them, asked how their day was, nothing, they interacted with my friend shortly to tell us about the cannoli bars but that was about all we got. They stared at me the entire time watched every single movement i made while we were in there like I was a ghost or like i was doing something wrong, mind you this was my first time ever coming in, I get I look a little different than the average person (piercings, colored hair, etc) but that doesnt mean i dont deserve to be treated the same as every other person that walks in that door. We looked around for a little bit, it looked like they had some cool treats but I now will most likely never try them because I was so discomforted by the treatment from the people working there. These kids need retrained on proper customer service, never in my life of working customer service/retail even when i was 14 years old would I have ever thought it okay to act like that with a new customer or any customer. I hope they do better for future and returning customers that come in, I unfortunately will not be one of them. read more

We've been here twice this month (April 2026) and loved it! It's a candy store with some unique choices (I.e., Coffee Crisp bars, candy dots from my childhood, etc), a bakery (we tried cannolis and cinnamon rolls, and they were all good) and an ice cream shop with hand scooped and soft serve choices. They also have ice cream bar selections in a freezer and unique sodas from around the world.. They also have a cotton candy machine. The staff were friendly and helpful and were wearing gloves. They don't allow tips. It's super cute inside, too, 100% recommend. read more

We stopped in tonight and the place is fantastic. They have lots of ice cream flavors and other ice cream treats available. My son had a sundae and I had a cone and both were excellent. The bakery was stocked with delicious looking cupcakes and cannolis and the vintage candy shop was fun to see. The store is clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and they don't allow tips. This instantly became a place we will come back to, and often. Highly recommended. read more

This place is trying to be what they were years ago!!! However they were closed for 7 years, they didn't full renovate before opening. The kitchen is a mess, and very dirty!! They no longer bake fresh products, it is bought to resale, bought frozen, or made from a box. Owner has two great dances that I have seen in the kitchen twice!!!! Stopped by randomly and was NOT disappointed! We were greeted immediently by staff, she was so friendly and incredibly helpful. We met who I believe the owner is and he was just as friendly as he talked about all the new ice cream flavors they'll be doing. If you want variety, this is the place! We personally got Superman,blue moon for my son and my dog(she's spoiled rotten) and the cappuccino crunch(which was phenomenal) we live in Holly and WILL be back! read more

Went there for the first time today. Met with the new owner, super sweet! Told us he just bought it and he is going to make it look nice! The inside is cute! We were greeted right away by staff who gave us suggestions. They have tons of baked goods which included cannolis!!! They serve Hersheys ice cream and have TONS of flavors! read more

Pretty much agree with reviewer Paul B. here. I wish someone would buy this place and do something cool with it. The space is kind of neat - building is old, but well-preserved and it's located on a small stretch of road on Andersonville Road btw Dixie Hwy and Airport Road that has a cluster of historic looking homes. I've passed this place dozens of times and have always meant to stop in. My chance finally came up after having a mediocre lunch at the LA Cafe nearby and hoping for a turn around with dessert. Um, not so much. When we pulled in there were only 2 cars in the parking lot. Walking into the joint you face the bakery/foyer part that doesn't look very active in the baking department. They do have some cool, old equipment on display. All the food contents look questionable in the freshness dept. As for the ice cream (no soft serve here) my son and I got, he fared slightly better than me. The boy is not a wild and crazy eater, so I just went with a single vanilla hand scoop in a cup for him. For close to $3 he got a pretty chintzy and unattractive serving, but it was decent tasting vanilla. I, however, got the worst and smallest put together vanilla scoop fudge brownie sundae ever in my life. My cherry was smashed and I had one bite of the brownie, but my vanilla worked. All this for just under $9 with the tax. There is lots of 'penny' type candy bins ranging from .10 to .50 a pop in addition to other vintage brand selections. Like another reviewer mentioned, err on the side of the popular stuff as things have likely been sitting around awhile. Same for the ice cream. If you must come in and have a look, don't go off-road on flavors and premium concoctions. Think vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, cups, cones, and milkshakes. The owners of this place just seem out of touch, passionless, cheap, and, from the looks of the many "don't" and "no" signs posted about, a little ornery. Not sure why they are hanging onto this place. I suggest selling the joint to an innovator and moving to Florida or something. read more

I first passed this place a few weeks ago. It looked cute, and I made a note to come back to it. Well, I did that today. Sooo not worth going out of my way. First, when you walk in, it looks like it had been a gift shop or something, but all that's really there are some greeting cards and some tired cake decorations. And a sign that said "No ice cream this side". I went to the left and found what was trying to be an ice cream and candy store. It was just kind of thrown together, though. I looked through the freezer of ice cream tubs. The offerings looked kind of old, but since I was the only one in the shop & the man running it had already seen me, He even made small talk about the weather, so I felt obligated to get something. So, I got 1 scoop of apple pie ice cream. I wanted a plain cone, and after I said that, I noticed that they charge 30 cents more for a sugar cone -- and more than that for a waffle cone! The man scooped the ice cream & then I noticed him putting some of it back -- I believe, with his finger! And there was a bit of coughing as well. I'm not really sure that I should've eaten it, but seeing as I'd just paid $3 for a single scoop, I did. As I left, he said to have a nice day, and I said, "The same to you". He said something along the lines of "Yeah, eventually when I get out of here." Not the most pleasant of exchanges. I was right about the ice cream. While it's one of my favorite flavors, this was definitely a bit old. And the cone was stale. I don't think I've ever had a stale cone before! I ate just enough of the cone to access the ice cream and then discarded it. Because of my last few ice cream parlor experiences, I believe that I will skip the fancy $3 per scoop stores and go back to the grocery store packages. While they're not as fun, they're at least fresh and consistent. read more

It smelled. There was no one there, customer-wise and employee-wise, and the decor was creepy (a doll hanging on a swing, a saw, and gas mask were mounted on the wall). We looked at the reviews prior and wanted to give it a try just in case we were dealing with finicky reviewers. We were not. We looked at flavors and then questioned whether the ice cream was fresh or not, as the nauseating smell makes you wonder about the up keep. The sticky floor accompanied by the odor and empty storefront had us leaving after a full three minutes. Someone needs to do something about this or else a cute exterior just goes to waste. read more

Could be a really eclectic old-school ice cream parlor, but fails in that regard. Not the cleanest, or tidiest places I've ever been, but the ice cream was decent and the guy running the place was pleasant. There certainly are a ton of selections of ice cream, but I have to agree with the last reviewer, bare hands on my ice cream cone is not kosher in 2014. Probably won't be back. read more

It's too bad the owners aren't interested in giving the interior of this place a face-lift or letting someone else (a younger generation) take over the business. They've done a pretty good job on keeping up with the outside, which is a good thing since it looks like an historical landmark. But when you go inside it's a different story; in the darkened entrance way there is an old display case selling nothing but sugar roses for cake decorations and behind that is what appears to be the unused side of the store? The actual ice cream parlor is tiny and cramped and the whole place feels run-down and dated, like the walls and 1970s cabinets need a good scrubbing. The service was lackluster and the ice cream was o.k.; seemed a bit underscooped and overpriced. I think if you are over the age of 75 you shouldn't be working a counter job that involves food or drink (the guy had ice cream all over his hand when he handed me my cone). Hope this place stays in business after the owners finally decide to retire, until then I probably won't be back. read more
