For context i live around 5 minutes from this place. Everytime i go the soda machine is not carbonated, the chairs are squeaky and unbalanced. The service is ok. The food is average for pizza not extravagant or anything. The vibe is fine with faint Christmas music in May/June. The overall restraunt look is nice but not to formal. I've never had a bad experience here. Most Monday's or Tuesday's I pick up a large cheese pizza for our small family. We all enjoy it. The workers are always super friendly and my pizza is always ready when I pull into the drive thru. My wife loves their lunch deals. If there was one knock, I'd say it would be price. I do whatever coupon they have that day most of the time. However, if you just order delivery for a random order it can be quite expensive. Pizza is great; service is great! Pepperonis has really been trying to get me to love them with the lure of their coupons. Recently, I received an email for a free 8 in 1 top. Of course, I had to bite! I used the app to order and my order was ready for pickup at my designated time. They do have a pickup drive thru available at this location, but after sitting awhile, I decided to just park and carryout. Decor is a little on the dark side. Even with the windows surrounding the dining room, it was still too dark for my taste. The guy working the front counter was also working the drive thru. Looked like they only had 1 person in the kitchen as well. He came out briefly. Looked at me without speaking. I wasn't expecting him to crossover and find out wa I needed since he was working the kitchen, but a simple hello or we'll get with you in a moment would suffice. Let's minus a star there. The order was pretty accurate. I saw once I got to the car that the requested ranch on the side was not even given to me for my salad. I had to get back to work, so I didn't bother going back in. That wS a good decision because the oil dressing was a way better compliment to the freshness and flavors of the Greek Salad. I would definetly order a large because the small is just not enough to satisfy if that is all you order. Luckily, my 8 half and half was nearby. Did you know that you can get two toppings for the price of a one top by asking for half and half? I had a pep and beef sausage made to this effect. Mind you, pizza is one of my favorite foods, so I'm a little critical. The pizza was more of an extended version of a loaded breadstick. Just not enough cheese and sauce to my liking. I also had a strawberry cheesecake slice that was just okay. The graham cracker crumbs were probably the best part of the dessert. There were no slices of real strawberry on the cheesecake, just swirls of it within the slice. Like the driver dropped it or was driving erratically. I live less than 5 minutes from this place so I'm not sure what kind of driving he must've done to get here, but I was so disappointed in the appearance. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA HERE! I have been ordering pizza from pepperoni's for over 30 years. Recently, with in the past couple years quality consistency and service has fallen off quite a bit. I have held my tongue bc I always like to give the benefit of the doubt to local business but I have had too many issue lately. Last few times, pizza was wet and greasy, also we have had multiple mistakes with toppings. I order the same thing every time and on the website ordering process, you can push repeat last order and it just repeats what u ordered last time. Many orders have come incorrect and inconsistent in quality as well as taste. Tonight it was the straw that broke the camels back when the cook told the poor young man working at the front desk to call me and increase prices to the order bc he didn't like haw I ordered it. The manager has told me multiple times to order my order a specific way on the website and then just repeat last order to keep it simple and not to over charge me. The young man told me they could just cancel the order if I didn't want to pay extra and as the quality has really suffered lately, I opted to cancel. I called cc company and they did say I was already charged and we would need to follow up later in the week to make sure the money is refunded. Approx $30. There are too many good pizza places around sienna and another one coming soon that has really good quality pizza for pepperonis to be treating 30year long customers like this. read more

This specific location has LITERALLY never served me the wrong food. I've had minor problems with the menu changes but they're dedication to quality food is amazing. My manager and I order from this location (pickup) once a week when possible and we are always impressed. They're sandwiches can be less than amazing sometimes but the pizza is always great. Most importantly to me, I have a food allergy (intolerance) to tomatoes (every time I say it most servers or cashiers give me this look saying "yeah right") and it makes me really sick when places inevitably mess my food up. This location has always respected my allergy and treated it seriously (even though it does sound like a weird allergy). I've never gotten sick from contact with tomatoes or even tomato juices here. Looks like I had a similar review 5 years ago, and didn't even realize it . The pizza is good, but nothing really special. Super convenient for the area. I'm honestly just leaving a review bc for as long as I have ordered pizza from this location and the previous one before they moved, I've always witnessed how rude and condescending the manager is. She seems terrible and they way she talks to her employees is awful. I came in well before closing time tonight, was just stared at by the manager, no smile, no verbal greeting, and she had an employee that was already clocked out take my order. Mind you there were several other people up front with the manager at the registers, who I assume she was training, and none of them had the sense to offer a verbal greeting either. After an hour we called to check on the status and were told it was "on the way". After another half hour it finally arrived, without explanation or apology. BUT, they cooked a new one and delivered it, this took about 15 minutes! This location has been more disappointing with each new visit. We have tried to support this local business again and again and it's usually not worth our time and money. I contacted the manager by email twice about the skimpy portion size and lack of meat and sauce on their sandwiches, and received no reply. I haven't actually been to the location, but I've ordered online and had food delivered twice. The online ordering system is very easy to use, you can either choose a time to have your pizza delivered, or check the box that says ASAP. The approximate delivery time is 45 minutes, but we've always received ours a bit earlier. As far as the food goes, best pizza and breadsticks ever. We're never going to order from another chain again because this has won us over. Best tasting sauce, cheese, everything! If you check in with Yelp, you get $3 off a $15 order, which is nice. PS: If you're doing delivery and don't have cash (for the tip) on you, add the tip before you check out because you won't be able to tip the driver once the pizza is delivered since he doesn't have a receipt for you to sign. read more
