It mentioned on the coupon that you could order online but nowhere did it say that you could not redeem it in-person and I was forced to pay for both even after showing my server them prior. I have nothing against blaze and the pizzas were good but this was very shady and put a sour taste in my mouth so I will probably never go back or recommend them to anyone.

This time we ordered the same pizza but in a large. Again, the wait was much longer than expected. We were quoted 45 minutes to an hour, but ended up waiting about an hour and 15 minutes. On top of that, they gave us the wrong style--we ordered the traditional hot honey pepperoni and received the white style instead. Unfortunately, by the time we got home, the pizza was also cold. I would definitely recommend dining in rather than takeout. The vibe inside is very family-friendly, and when the pizza is fresh out of the oven, it's fantastic. The crust was so light and airy, no grease in the pan, packed with flavor in a healthier way. Customer service was great as usual and the pie came out within 5 or 6 minutes after ordering. In the past we would have had to ask for to go boxes. Last night we were able to consume both pies and were full, not overfilled.
